Good job.  Artwork is nice.

Really nice artwork.  I think you did a good job on the color and animation of the fox -- and the shadow too.  I suggest you consider adding more coyote-time so that the jumping is more fun.  I think GMTK has a video on coyote-time too.  All in all, nice work!

Thanks, and yeah, there's a couple quality of life issues I needed to address, I think my coyote is set to .1 second which is about as low as you can take it without being noticeable.

I see, well that was just a minor nit-pick of mine so don't sweat it.  This is still a well done game!

Cute game! Sometimes the controls felt a bit janky, particularly when the fox and the shadow were touching each other. Would've liked a bit more forgiving platforming too, with less "roofs" over my head when jumping to another platform. I do like the fact that you managed to find so many different iterations for the mechanics.

Great Game! me and you had similar ideas for our games! would love if you checked out mines, only difference is you executed level design way better than mines! great job!

The game's concept really reminded me of "Fireboy and Watergirl", which is why i would appreciate, if your game would have a local multiplayer. You still implemented some nice new ideas, such as the fact that the foxes can stand on each other.

Unfortunately the controls are a bit clunky. But that's very difficult to get right in a platformer.

Nonetheless, i like your game. Good work.

I had fun playing your game, however I think it's a bit too easy (I believe some tricky levels with a "Aha!" moment would be nice).
Also, I cheated one of the middle levels by just falling down from the starting platform to the goal :D

Very sweet, plays very well, good luck! :) (i would speed up the success animation though :D)

Good work on this game. It's a bit similar to what my team did with 2 characters. I like the concept of shadow and not though. Jumping mechanic feels nice and tight. The tab to switch would be nice to have a visual of who is "active". I fell down some pits thinking I switched over. Great work!

Good job, we both made games about foxes :D

The idea is really interesting, and the puzzles are certainly convincing!
One thing I'd say though, some areas I can bonk my head into the tile that's above me, and that's really hard to get through. Also, when you use one as the platform of another and then switch back, the other one stays floating in the air, just wanted to point that out.

Otherwise, fun game!

Super nice concept and intuitive gameplay. neat puzzles. i really liked the use of the mechanic of the character limitations. well made entry!

What a neat concept. Controlling the two characters worked pretty well: better than I would have expected. I also quite enjoyed the music, even if it was created pre-jam. The difficulty curve in this game was also pretty solid: it never felt unfair, but it did go up over time, while still being a short enough game to complete within the timeframe of post-jam ratings. I liked it!

Nice job! I'm so used to switches switching everything instantaneously, seeing tiles progressively turn on was a great touch.

I love the art and animations! Level design is great too, simple but enough to make my brain work. My only complaint is the jump, I feel like the gravity is pulling too hard, but that may just be my personal tastes coming through.

Submitted(+2)

At first it felt too simple but then I just disregarded the idea of puzzle games having to be hard and just had fun!

Submitted(+1)

The level design is cool! There are so many levels and they all feel really well made. It brings out the best of the shadow mechanic.

I was so happy when it explained you can jump on each other, that mechanic really brings the game together I think. Very fun game!
