Aside from the looping end boss thing, this was great. It was easily my favorite game of the jam. I would like to see this idea expanded upon.

This is easily one of my favorites I've played so far, love the idea, design and the boss theme that won't leave my head. Would love to see this expanded further if you ever decide to do that.

If I had to criticise anything it's that I think the characters are Too Willing to do the correct thing, I would have made them a little more stupid but I think that'd be an interesting way to implement difficulty settings just make the AI more suicidal.

very fun, enjoyed it alot

Awesome game! I like the graphics and the funky music. The one button game concept is cool too! The mechanics make the game pretty fun too! Just that i'm stuck on the boss level, it somehow never ends. I kill the boss and that level repeats another few more times. Maybe you could have an ending to the story...? Or maybe add diffrerent levels after the boss level along with other different bosses? But great game!

This game is absolutely fantastic. Limiting the control you have over your heroes is a great play on the theme! The anger meter keeps the game fun and exciting and really makes you think about whether or not you want to stop the hero. The highpoint of this game has to be the art. Goomboo and Eldraev did an amazing job and the Paper Mario-esque artstyle is incredibly well done. Character designs are fun and well made and are consistent with the backgrounds and UI. Superb game, very underrated (for now)!

Noo, spider girl killed the blue guy ;(
Extremely funny game. I like the idea that some characters can be harmful to the party like that so it's safer to say "No" when they join!

Very neat art and I like the theme with hero being on a scene. Also very nice indirect control idea implementation. Music is heroic but tad too fast for game pace:) Got a lot of fun playing, except couple of scenes where I was passively watching smart hero taking his turns:) Would like to see the full version!

Love it! Put in a story and an overworld, make the combat a bit deeper and I would buy and play this

great game that fits the theme perfectly

I love the mario paper art feel. The animation are also quite great too! Great work!

I really liked the art and the idea. But for some reason, the boss level just kept repeating? Am I supose to defeat it three times in a row? I stopped after the second one, so I would like to know. Is it a bug?

Yeah we didn't had the time to add a proper ending to the game so the final boss repeats infinitely :/

Thanks for playing

This is amazing! Especially love the music and character design

This is very great idea and executed really well. The artwork is amazing as well, great job :D!

Excellent idea and presentation, particularly the Paper Mario-esque art! The core gameplay loop was innovative, although the player is often left to let things pass, especially in the boss fight where you only need to pay attention to one resistance.

Wow, I love it! The artwork, the character design, the music and the whole idea - great job!
