Very cool idea. I would like some more work on the UI to make it more clear what is happening, but overall I like the idea and what you have done with it. Well done :)

Interesting concept!  I think the presentation can use some work, a lot of information is thrown at the player once and it makes a bit hard to digest.  The gameplay is definitely unique compared the other entries here, nicely done on that front.

Definitely one of the most original and interesting takes on the theme. Unlike most other takes, this one actually makes me play the game in an entirely different way from a normal turn-based RPG.  And it was quite fun and played out like a little puzzle game.Well done!

As for some stuff to improve, I think the game speed is too slow for the harder levels, and there was some cases where my unit was surrounded by two enemies, but rather than attacking one he walked into the attack of another one (who's attack was not blocked). This was unintuitive to me.

Cool concept, the music goes great with the game, but I felt like although I could disable an action the avatar would still have a lot of choices it could make so it felt it didn't matter if I disabled an action or not. Overall I liked the experience, keep it up! :)

An interesting idea. I liked that each character has a unique ability.

After figuring out the controls, this game was pretty cool. I dig that you can impact the enemies as well as the main character to play defensively. Pacing could have been a tad faster but overall I enjoyed the gameplay.

So, not sure if it was just me being dumb but i could not figure out how to use my persuasion for the commands on the right.  The only thing i could interact with was "next".

I was stuck on this for a while too. You can control any on-screen character, so you have to click the character you want to impact before you can issue a command.

A nifty little concept! I found the game speed to be a touch slow, since the characters weren't doing anything especially interesting while they were doing their own thing. Some snappier movement would probably have cleared that up.

I also found the UI to be prety confusing at times. Once or twice I lost track of which character I had selected, and wasn't sure if clicking other ones was changing anything, especially since I didn't seem to be able to deselect a character? Maybe I missed a hotkey.

Very interesting idea!  Some of the UI stuff is a little unclear at first but once you get how to play the game text like "Not Blocked" makes sense.  The idea of controlling what characters don't do is pretty unique.  I'm not sure I've seen it before in a turn based RPG setting.
