A really cool entry! I loved the visuals and animation, and for the most part, the fact that there was no exposition or dialogue felt really sleek! I just wish the game told me when I finished it because I killed all three bosses and I think there wasn't anything else to do? (One eye tower, two prisms)

And some of the environmental hit boxes are a tad wonky, you can just walk into the black out of bounds area in the eye tower arena but apart from that, I didn't spot any bugs!

I really appreciate the feedback! I'll look into that collider and definitely wanna add more to the game and create a win game screen haha .

I thought the visuals in your game were superb by the way!

That鈥檚 damn juicy and in-yo-face. Loved it!

Awesome work on character, movement and bosses. Sound and music are good. Some more work needed on lighting.

Great and fun game!

Developer

Appreciate it! Def will look into adding some nice lighting tweaks to it.

Also, really enjoyed your game :)

Top music and the game gets fun pretty quickly once you start the fight. The whole game is a ted short but that's probably to blame on the short time given to create it. Personally I would put the energy bar rather to the top than to the bottom.

Developer

I appreciate the feedback! I'll definitely look into getting a better looking UI in the future and also expanding the game, since you're right the game is super short due to the time constraint haha

Really enjoyed your game as well! It had great visuals :)

wow this is really great! didn't expect this. pixel art is top notch and stylistic combat is cool and unique. The attacks felt very juicy! Cool Soundtrack. I don't think I won but I had a lot of fun playing your game.

Great submission!

Feel like needs some polishing in the combats settings, but is really juicy and love the arts style is really good overall

Great art and animations, really like palette, atmosphere and overall design of everything. Combat was fun with the regular enemies and the doom-like heart in the middle. Really snappy. Boss was a bit too tanky though for how simple he is. Great work. :^)

Was a fun play through and felt very satisfying to run around fighting, my only real complain is I do wish the dashing was directed at the cursor and not where you are currently walking, as it feels a bit awkward trying to quickly swap to an enemy to slash them

The slashing was really fun, just so satisfying dashing around. I really love the music it makes me feels like doom slayer but more samurai.

Not sure if the game have an ending but i went for the world record speedrun on second try. But overall nice game.

Developer

Glad you had fun! It is rather short, but we're planning on developing it further. Hope you can stick around and play the finished version!

It's fun, it's pretty, a bit of screen shake and some combo would make it better I think, sounds, music is nice.

That's really good entry, good job! :3

Developer

Thanks so much! I think screen shakes and combos are excellent ideas - we might include them as we develop further. Thanks for playing!
