How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
Dating sim with a mix of japanese and brazilian folklore, and a bit of suspense and supernatural themes. We used the idea of spooky creatures of our folklores and gave our own twist in their legends.
This game is fully playable on hardware as well! (GBC and any VC/Emu,)

Very well made visuals that keep to the colour palette and Gameboy style. The audio is also well done and fits into the game nicely. I liked that the 'people' in the world past the bridge aren't really people, which fits the spooky theme well.

Really like the use of the folklore/yokai characters as the basis instead of the traditional horror movie monsters. The art is stupendous!

the art is so nice! i tried both versions of the game with multiple characters but i get stuck when i tell the hot woman to shut up. i know it's rude to do that so maybe this is punishment T_T
