Car physics with the tires, I loved it. I thought it was too cartoony with the food jumps, but I also love the food jumps, so fun. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who played a car game. Somehow, the AI got in front of me even though I was 1st for two laps. AI is so hard, I know. Overall, a fun game, well done!

The car physics were great and felt fun straight away. Nice work with the opponent AI too. Visuals and top down style fit the theme well. Would have liked to see a bit more sound and maybe a countdown at the start but overall this was a strong entry. Lots of potential to expand if you wanted. I was also able to cheat and cut the course. Good job

I added sort of checkpoints, but if you drive few times you probably will know where you can drive to cut a bit.
Probably as an option there can be obstacles or something slowing car.

yeh also I think a lot of car games have waypoints it tracks and you Must go through to help cutting literally half the course

The car physics were awesome! Racing around was quite fun. The theme was well met and the visuals represented this well.

The only thing is a countdown at the beginning could be nice so you are ready to start as well as some more sounds.

This game absolutely has loads of potential through extra levels and gameplay features. Well done!

Nailed it in terms of the theme. Impressive opponent car AI even though those guys were all over the track. The game was a lof of fun and was quite challenging getting used to how the car handles. Obviously I appreciate that for a game-jam there is limited time and limited scope that you can achieve - that said I think a few car sounds would be great - mainly around the engine sounds so you can just get a good audio 'feel' to complement whats happening - like going faster, reaching top speed, slowing down etc. i really like the concept and there's a lot of room to keep on building on this cool little project, if you want to. Thank you for a great submission!

I thought about the sound at first, but then decided that the player would be going full speed the whole time and it would be a bit monotonous. Although a sounds from other cars that would signal the distance to them is probably a good idea.

Tiny car, big fun. Jumping over is smooth, but it was also satisfying when you hit the obstacle just right and land a backflip.
