I rant into an issue after entering the blue block that you can see below. The game looks promising, but its also a bit hard to understand
Very hard game to control, I love the farting pepe in the tutorial :) I'd love to have a press space tips to skip to the next text as I was obliged to read the game page to know what to do. Did you play Zombie Trapper?
I cant bro my data pack has been exhausted I get only 1GB per day. I'll play it tomorrow 100% make sure to make it a bit more compressed thank you
This my very fist build with Godot made the last day of the jam. I have to work on the build size for sure, I'll do it after the jam, I learned the hard way too that I was not able to build for web if I used C# instead of GDScript...
I unique and challenging game with great music and I love the motion blur effect
Difficult to control, as far as I am concerned.
Nice submission, anyway.
Really funky movement, he looks hilarious as he moves. Bit hard but it made me laugh and that's great!
Challenging but fun game, the "press space to continue" should've been a in-game (tutorial) text or prompt, though.
When i play a jam game, at first i don't look (on purpose) on the jam's page, because the game should contain everything i need to know to get started. You've done a good job on the tutorial, but the instruction which tells you how to advance through it was the only thing missing.
Then, I've checked the "Story" button, and you have a red text there mentioning the lack of time. I'll propose a alternative to not break the immersion:
Don't do that. Instead, you could mention on a separate section (or in the website, be it the main page or a devlog) the features that you wanted to add but didn't have time for, what went through your mind when making the game and what was the idea behind it, but never break the immestion because that can affect how a game is felt/played out (there are some games that do this on purpose but they are a I'd say rare exception).
Cheers, i hope this helps :)
wow the best feedback I've got so far.
Thank you! Sorry that it took me a while, the flu made it hard to catch up with notifications along the week.
Getting there, though! :D
Bit challenging to start with, but once I got used to the controls was pretty fun! :)
Challenging game and fun take on the theme
Unique movement, love the goofy look. Well done!
Really cool idea and very unique to this jam... well done :)
the stickman mechanics are goofy, but those kinds of games can be fun hehe. it was a little hard for me, but great submission overall!
nice game! altho its kind of hard to control but still fine!
Well done on your submission! It is a great example of a rage game, the controls are difficult and silly, which is a lot of fun. I enjoyed your story idea, it was fun and unique. Good job!
Nice game but it is really hard haha
This game is so frustrating - I love it! And I love the music, and the Pepe in the tutorial. Very funny game, well done!
Wow, the game is nice! Cool music, exiting story and good mechanics. Love it)
Cool idea, loved the ragdoll physics, but it's defo an incredibly hard game! Collecting the water was incredibly easy, depositing it though... I somehow got the bucket stuck in the water area & I can't get it out XD. I'm pretty sure you can't rotate the bucket right? Overall it's a decent game, tons of stuff needs to be improved, but hey you made something! Great job!!!
Cool idea.
Nice job! This is a really interesting entry. We found the character controls a bit challenging. Regardless, keep up the great work!
