Very interesting take on the theme, I like it! My first 3 tries I was really bad and was dying to the first group of samurais but then I started swinging my sword wildly and to my delight that was much more effective at holding the enemies back haha. I saw on your game page you mentioned this was your first foray into inverse kinematics. Good for you as I've still been too intimated to try to understand that. The low poly art style fit the game well.

This game is fun and funny as well, It is a great submission!
Really well done! I absolutely love the vibe of the game, and the screaming characters was really funny but also scary. I had a weird bug where after killing my first enemy, they all ran forward and back and didn't attack me until I won. I would love to see this worked on further!
That was a fun concept. Successfully blocking and then returning a devastating blow felt very satisfying. I like the low poly style, too! Well done on your game!
Learning to block took me way too long haha :) Love the PSX graphics! I’d add some music and maybe better feedback to know what am I doing :D Fun game!
That was hard to undestand how to play or control properly, but i did see some nice ideas have been implemented. its was a great game!

It took me a bit to figure out blocking, which is pretty normal! I'm never good at blocking in games. :) I don't think I'd be able to hold out for the longest time, but the short time was manageable enough.
One thing to note, when I pushed Retry it also counted as a swing, so I'd always start a new attempt down on stamina.
Took me a bit to figure out how to play but then I had a blast!

Interesting mechanic. I liked how it looked when you killed them as well. Overall I think you did a very nice job on it!
I found the face really funny! I couldn't do much, killed one, but how to defend exactly? Died easily.
Thanks, to defend you just place the sword on the opposite side of the enemy sword, for example if the enemy is aiming TopLeft you place it BottomRight, if its BottomLeft then you place it TopRight and so on... I should have explained it more indepth but didnt want to add much text, I would recommend playing the 60seconds version if your struggling as it will be easier to finish.

WOW! I LOVED this game! It was hard at first for me to figure out, but I kept trying and was able to get in some blocks. I still suck at it, but I plan to come back and play again.
I was very excited to play this game because I have been wanting to make a sword fighting game for some time, but I could never figure it out. You did really well with this one and inspired me. Plus, I really felt like I was defending that bridge!
