I love the look of it and the idea, but the camera was glitchy to the point of making this unplayable for me, especially in combination with the inverted Y controls (my brain is not wired for that, I just... can't). Would have loved to play more!

It was an interesting concept and I liked the setting and the idea. Unfortunately I had a lot of bugs and had to start new like 10x before I could've used the space bar or wasd keys. Without the bugs it was a nice experience. Well done!
I really liked this light hearted little game! As other people have mentioned, it's a shame the camera was so sensitive, but all in all I thought it was good. Well done on the models too!
Killing cake is a job I can get behind. I did not succeed. But you succeeded in making me laugh.
Artwork and models looked really good! The Indiana Jones motif was fun as well.
The camera could do with some work, it was swinging so fast and close to the character that I had a hard time understanding what was going on(which is fine for a gamejam since the time is very limited). Although if you have some time, definitely keep polishing the camera handling code, you can then publish it as open-source, and re-use it in your next project.
I would have also loved some more SFX, it was hard to tell that things are happening without audio feedback.
All-in-all a solid idea that has a beginning and ending, which is quite rare for gamejams, good job!
Played and rated. Great concept for the theme!
I enjoyed playing and feeling the progress over each action, it goes pretty well with the theme. My only problem was the camera movement, it was inverted and was not fun to battle with it to look where I wanted. Well done for this game jam! :)
Would appreciate if you check out and rate our game as well: https://hadilepanda.itch.io/rise-of-necromancy
This game nailed the theme of the jam in a really interesting way. Great work! I love the comic nature of having to die to learn even basic things like jumping and crouching.
The main issue is the camera. The sensitivity is quite high and I was fighting with it a lot. Not to mention it's inverted with no way to change it. (Which for me a problem).
I was stuck on the boulder part for a while until I realised you can crouch and carry the crate while sprinting, which doesn't necessarily make sense, but got me to the end so I'm happy lol
Nice game!
I found it to be very funny. The camera was very frustrating for me though. I did not enjoy its response. I do enjoy that you made the character just incapable at just being a human. That was a funny little idea.
"You forgot to breathe apparently"? hahahahha
I love it.
A nice little game. the music is nice. The aspects are cool.
I loved going through the different stages and seeing how he died lol :D
Can you vote on my game, please? :)
Very interesting idea, it took me a while to understand, but was really good idea. The camera movement is a little bit weird tho
