Great fun. Interesting mechanics! Like the idea that you get stronger through death.

Great game! The concept is quite unique, and I really liked the beginning cutscene! Although at first I thought the game was starting during the cutscene lol. When the game actually started, it was quite fun! I loved all the different upgrades, and the way you could combine upgrades on your final life actually added some strategy to the game. My only complaint would be that maybe the game is a bit hard, although I could just be bad at it lol. Regardless, great game. Good job!
Also, maybe you could check out and rate my game? :)
This was a lot of fun, especially learning to take advantage of the abilities and upgrades. The art was also very nice
Cool idea with getting stronger after dying, much like my game but in a completely different genre. I was hoping the car would control more like a car when I saw the screenshots but it's fine the way it is as well. I would have liked a power up that lets you blow up cars in the way.
Good start and well done.
Really awesome to see, You had similar ideas for mechanics in a very different style game to what I did and I wanted to implement those mechanics, but you implemented them much much better them my self.
Very good, its fun to play, its fun to learn, it plays extremely well. congrats.
I love the intro! Was nice to see you flesh out the beginning and put the controls in there at the start. The gameplay was challenging but really fun. A good set of upgrades to help you get through the levels. Really great job!
Nice game. It is well implemented but very hard. The random generator got me good by blocking all three lanes at the same time on first go. SPLAT! I was dead. I enjoyed playing it and the power up / abilities were a good touch. I think this is a good little game.
Feedback: I also did not understand that I was in a cutscene at first and was thinking the game was broken until the ghost popped out, that is when it dawned on me. You may want to bring in some letter boxing or a vignette to make it feel like the player is watching something instead of expecting to interact with it.
Congrats on completing the jam! I loved the darkness. As other commenters said, it took a little bit for me to realize that there was a cutscene to start but it was smooth sailing after that.
Nice! This was really fun. The abilities were cool, and enough of a challenge/learning curve on when to activate them. I think the way you had text and explanation when we first see the ghost should be extended to the beginning with the car driving so it's clear it's a cut scene. Overall the opening sequences seemed to just kind of hang, where i wasn't sure what was happening. Gameplay was top notch! Full marks!
This was a nice little game. I liked the cutscene in the beginning and I really liked how your abilities actually say what they do. The gameplay itself felt really responsive, so whenever I died I knew it was my own error and not something janky with the game. Great work!
Didn't realise the beginning was a cut scene! But was fun once it got into the game, nice work! :)
Liked the intro and story was a little tricky for me but I could see you put lots into this :)
Great job! loved the visual cues you get before a red car came. It really conditioned my brain to avoid it. A little difficult to understand the controls that are described in-game. But you got some real depth in the game. Very impressive!
