Challenging but fun game! the concept of a pizza mafia was also quite fun! Congrats!

Developer

Thank you!

It was an interesting challenge fighting off the pizza punks and serving the customers at same time! hence, the theme, I did enjoy fighting the enemies more and I will definitely keep playing to see my progression, good game!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback and playing!

This was a fun game, challenging at times but enjoyable. I don’t see how this fit with the theme though. Maybe if you spent some time explaining it in the description it could help. I felt some of the movement was too quick and I got so many orders on day one I didn’t know what to do! However, once I got the hang of the game I really enjoyed playing it. Good job!

Thanks for playing. The theme is interpreted in a more meta way than literal: the player has to juggle spending time inside the restaurant cooking and outside defending it, as well as deciding how much money to spend on employees (bolstering your earnings) versus on barriers/bouncers (bolstering your defenses). If you neglect either one too much, you will have a much harder time. We also touched on balance as from a narrative standpoint. I'm happy you enjoyed and we'll update the description for sure.

This makes a lot more sense! As it’s not very literal it will definitely be worth explaining it in the description. I had a fun time playing though and now I know the theme interpretation it’s a very unique spin on the game. Well done

Although you provided a bunch of help pages I felt completely lost on what to do- The movement of the character is a bit too fast and although there were customers I did not get how to serve? Would be nice if a tutorial within the game play is included here, as there is (I think) a bunch of stuff to do! I also kinda miss the "real" connection to the theme, but I see the potential of a very good game here! Art style and music/SFX fits very well, while the UI needs some more polish to be consistent.

I appreciate the feedback, I can see how it could be confusing so will have to see about making the tutorial more integrated in the future. The theme usage is to balance between managing the restaurant and defending from waves of pizza pinks. To serve customers you pickup the order from the counter or cash register and then press e on the customer, I'll definitely look into making that more intuitive. Again thanks for the advice!
