The idea of building your on parkour course is awesome!I found it kinda hard to advance more than 3 platform height but that s just my skill:)The music is kind of repetitive though.Great job nonetheless!
I really like how you combined the theme of balance with platforming, such a creative take! The art style is super cute too. Great job!
Thank you!
Really creative and well made game!
gameplay feels fun and is easy to understand and with more features and more polish this could be a great game.
Great submission!
Thank you very much! I'll work on polishing it!
Very cool take on this type of game where instead of having to parkour up a pre determined level, you create the level yourself by playing the game. I found it very satisfying to place the platforms and line up jumps. Great work! You should definitely expand on this, more platform types would be awesome. Maybe one that is bouncy, or one that you can place while falling like a safety net. Collecting different platforms types of platforms while playing (maybe good ones are harder to get to or off to the side) could introduce different gameplay scenarios for players. They'll have to decide to either keep climbing or take a risk to get a good platform that can launch them or something
Thank you for this super detailed suggestions, I'm planning on adding more platform types. Your idea about collecting different platforms while playing is awesome! Thanks again!
It's a bit tricky at first, but one you realise the dotted arc is your jump and not related to the platform, it becomes a nice endless puzzler. Would be interesting to see an expanded version with more platform types.
In the future i'm planning to add more blocks(I have ideas for a jump boost block and for an iceberg that will slowly disappear).
Nice game, quite addicitve once you get started! I think the slide mechanic needs a bit of tweaking, i had trouble figuring out why and when the penguin was going to slide after landing, but otherwise good job!
My high-score was 88m, don't know if that's good?
Thank you for yout feedback! Ice blocks are more slippery and more big, than the stone blocks.
88 meters is very good!
I played for way too long. I managed to reach 296m though :D
Generally, it's a good idea and a good game, but one thing you could improve on is the speed of the aiming line thing. It was just a little annoying how much time I spent waiting between each jump. Other than that, good job!
Thank you for the feedback! I will definitely speed up the aiming thing. How did you reach 296m, that's insane! (I struggle to get to 100m)
I kind of found a small exploit: if you jump over to one side at the very start, the platform will only tilt so far, so you can stay to one side and keep gaining height with relatively low risk.
Oh! I didn't think about that, guess I'll have to make the platform tilt more or tweak some other mechanics.
Nice job! Lovely game.
Thank you!
Fun game!
Thanks!
This game was quite fun. For me it didn’t make sense for floating blocks to move with the balance beam but was still enjoyable to play. I also found the penguin didn’t always land where the dots were pointing!
Thanks for the feedback. Maybe the penguin didn't land on the dots because he was already moving and so the velocity of the jump was smaller.
That would make sense!
I enjoyed this little penguin very much, he hops and he falls to his death.
Thank you!
Great game! The gameplay is fun, and the graphics are great.
Thank you very much!
Haha this is such a cute game!
Really neat concept, love how you just need left-click to play. Nice amount of variety and difficulty, the music works very well for the theme (as if everything’s losing balance!)
Overall, really nice job. Keep it up!
Thank you for the feedback. Appreciate it!
