Impressive submission for 13k! I enjoyed the character customization, pixel art, and how each powerup gets added onto the character.
Pretty awesome for the 13k requirement! Graphics are nice, though I’m not sure combat was working amazing because I could basically just not do anything to beat a wave. Overall nice work!
I cannot find the other shield and the starting one is just hard to control...
I like spleesh sound when the enemy is splatted btw.
I guess the right text thing is your debug console that somehow got pushed to main ???
Audio is OK but this feels kinda like a regular vampire survivors tho...
The visual/sound effects were very satisfying :P Would've liked to see more variation in the levels!

great game, love the art, didn't understand what to at first but get the hang of it and became unstoppable :-)
For anyone playing, the power ups are:
- Extra Shield
- Figure 8 floating skull
- Add smiley, they auto attack
- ? (Extra speed or faster rotation)
- Full HP
There is no ending, waves get bigger over time.
I usually take a full month to make a game for JS13K, I only worked on this a few hours each night, my main goal was to make a full game that worked on mobile and PC. Spent a lot of time on character select and menu and neglected the comabt. I liked the concept but it needs some work!
I like the overall idea, but the game seems coarse for an execution of a tried-and-true concept. In particular, hitbox detection is dodgy and waves can be reliably defeated by waiting out the clock. On the bright side, the visuals are solid and the music is pleasant to listen to.
