Great graphics and music. The gameplay is interesting and I think the theme implementation is unique. Good job.

Fun game, I liked pixel art and the sound effects. Although, it seems like there is some bug when choosing Time Magician - there is a black rectangle covering your character.
I was really interested in your game when I saw your initial post on Discord, so I am glad I played it. This is a really cool idea for turn-based combat and I hope you keep on running with it. 5 stars across the board!
Awesome entry!
I love your idea, inspirations and execution as well! Everything just works, and works quite well especially for a jam game entry! I would love to see and play this idea expanded out even more and refined and added to. I would love to see you be able to gain levels and pick additional skills and/or modify your existing skills also!
There is just so much strategy going on in this game.
Only criticisms I think I have is that it would be nice for the timers to be a little larger, and it would be nice if you could review and read all of your skills before the game starts.
I really love this concept of time = life. Reminds me of the movie "In Time". There seems to be bit of readability issue or the sentence might be a bit too long for the attack descriptions.
I really liked how you managed to create a fighting game that is somehow both turn-based and real-time! Great job with that! The game also seems very combo-oriented, which makes it more enjoyable.
One minor suggestion: Since some of the moves depend on the timer being an odd number for example, it might be a good idea to make the timer a bigger font so that the player can see it more clearly. Also I feel like having something deal bonus damage on prime numbers isn't the best idea because there's no pattern for them. Maybe something like the Fibonacci sequence would be better (so that you're more likely to deal more damage the lower your timer gets).
Thanks !
Initially, I wanted to make a true turn-based game, but I felt that time would be better represented with a real-time aspect!
Your suggestions (very pertinent) :
Regarding the font, you are probably right... I tend to want to minimize everything. The larger the screen, the smaller the font can appear, indeed.
Regarding the Fibonacci sequence, you should know that it was originally the second passive of the Time Warrior lol. If a spell was cast on the sequence, then the cooldown of that spell was reduced by 2. I found that the passive is really useful below the 23-second mark.
