So cozy and lovely, has a vibe of melancholy to it that I much enjoyed!
Small and beautiful :)
I truly love this type of game, was gutted it ended so soon. amazing concept with such cosy feels, great job
Thankyou for making it
Thank you so much! As a programmer more than an artist it’s hard for me to create scenes for this game in a short time, so I definitely wish there was more too. But my plan is to grow it a bit more with each Cozy Fall Jam.
Ha, no one tells me what to do *Kicks Leaves*
Great visuals in this, specificallythe effect at the end there.
Only thing was it took me a while to work out the navigation. I was draw to click the inventory boxes (assuming they were the controls) before I realized I needed to click the edge of the screen. Maybe a prompt? Or perhaps the first time you load into the scene, have the next area's frame intrude a bit more into the scene. It could encourage people to hover over and notice the mouse changes.
Haha yeah, I was just hoping nobody would question the logic behind raking the leaves into a neat pile only to just scatter them everywhere again :D
That’s good feedback, thanks. Yeah I agree that I need to teach the player how to interact with the game better in future versions.
Loved it! I had trouble at the start, trying to figure out where to click to navigate and whatnot, but after that, things went well. I like the dynamic cursor, but maybe if there was a shaded region that would show where to click, it would help players navigate? There also could've been something weird going on with WebGL, as I always struggle to get the viewport right haha. I'm always impressed by your art, and combining it with the music made the mood perfectly chill. A little bit of puzzle solving is the cherry on top, and I'd love to see this day play out even more next year.
Great stuff as always.
I love short puzzle games and this one was no exception. Looks beautiful, great job.
Short and sweet
I like how the puzzles weren not obtuse at all
Having played last year's version of this game, I can compare the two. You did a great job on improving the fundamentals of the game. Things like a dynamic cursor and an inventory add so much for the overall UX of the game. I also liked the new scene, it definitely helps give context to the fact that you're raking leaves, which in last year's version was a bit of a 'oh, I have to do that?' moment. The music and sound effects are also wonderful and work really well bringing the world alive. Good job and thanks for submitting!
Good game, a nice short casual puzzle game.
There's a bug currently where you can just skip the entire puzzle by just clicking above the shed frame and getting the broom.
Haha so there is! Good catch, thanks. I’ll leave that in for now so the speedrunning community I’m expecting to show up any day can exploit it.
Love it! Very atmospheric! :)
Really nice music. I would love it to be a little longer, so I could relax with it a little more :-)
very cool, nice little actions, love the exploding leaves at the end!
Very cool art but I can't seem to interact with anything- If I click on a clickable object nothing happens, if I click a gray square I fall until all I see is gray. Very nice aesthetic and sound though! Unsure if this is an issue with me/ my computer as it seems others are able to play.
Update- Am now able to play, awesome game
