Thanks for the compliments!

Thanks!

The moving crate mechanic is a little wonky, but the concept is good. Also would be nicer to have checkpoints

Very polished gameplay, very nice. Can see it being an actual game if developed further.

Neat maze game with simple to understand mechanics. The light mechanic is simple but a nice addition to the game, and makes the walls look 3d somehow lmao.

Nice game, the art is great.  The game's goal was not clearly stated, so I had trouble figuring out what I was supposed to do at first.

I think the enemies needs to have a larger presence in the game, since you can just run past all the rooms easily. The enemies were also kinda annoying to deal with as time goes on since everytime you enter the same area the enemies reappear, and have a lot of health as well. I think if the enemies attacked more frequently, but had less health, it would force the player to dodge their attacks and give the player more reason to attack the enemies back.

The endings don't seem to work, after getting all the key parts and going through the locked area, text played then nothing happened.

Other than that, what was achieved is quite impressive within a one week span. If only one person worked on this, I'm even more impressed. The combo animations, and all the animations looked cool as well. The enemies with custom attacks were a nice addition to the game as well, makes each enemy unique. The furniture and decorations made the level feel more immersive. Overall well done.

neat little puzzle platformer game.

Looks cool, but navigation is quite difficult, especially when having to navigate downwards. Some UI would also help a bit, like showing what attack type it is. It is also not clear what the player is killed by. Other than that the game atmosphere, art and sound is good.

the atmosphere was well done, makes u feel like u are in the middle of the woods. the stick idea was quite a good idea as well, helps with navigation and helps with atmosphere

love the visual effect of this, feels very unique and looks very cool

Quite well made and quite challenging! The only issue I have is the controls feel a bit clunky to use, but the art and effects look really nice.

It's fun, but the map is quite large and hard to navigate. Other than that good job.

sorry there isn't any it was just a short project for a game jam

The build doesn't work as inteneded, I assume it has something to do with how you loaded in the save file. (if ur using json or yaml to save data)

When the player first opens up the game, you tried to get the save file. However, the game doesn't have a save file to access, so it gives off errors and makes the game completely unplayable. You need to create the file if it doesn't exists. The reason why it worked for you is because when you playtested the file already existed on your computer.

It's all just speculation anyway, hoped this helped!

Nice game, the only bad thing is that the game can get softlocked if the player isn't able to kill the enemies fast enough, making them lose points and so be unable to buy upgrades to progress further.

is there a windows version that i can play?

Damn it's good. But something even better to give more of a stepmania feel is... music! or at least have each key play some sort of music note when clicked so that it sounds like you're playing a rhythm game lol and also gives some sort of feedback that the player hit the key.

The setting is quite interesting, and I like the look of the game.

Was unsure of whether I was supposed to just keep clicking the square and get lucky, so maybe some indication telling to player to continue to click the square would help.

The font is nice, but a bit unreadable.

Overall interesting and unique clicker game.

The only thing I disliked was the wall of texts, but understandable during game jams. Also make the right side arrow and button the same color, it confused me at first lol

Overall nice game, very unique compared to other clicker games, adds new mechanics to keep the game fresh with multiple endings! I liked the way the game introduced the new mechanics as well, doesn't overload the player with information.

Honestly very confusing at first, should probably tell the player that having more monkeys on screen lets you earn money. You also should probably tell the player about other features as well, like telling the player that the combo resets when monkey leaves the screen? (not so sure whether thats a thing).

Nice idea! Can't seem to add a new direction tho.

Chill game with nice art.

thank

Thanks for the compliment!

Thank you for the compliments, glad you like it! :)

Thank you for the compliments! I didn’t think people would get that far lol, so I decided not to add an ending due to lack of time. I also wanted to make the game much longer than this, but ran out of time. Thanks for playing!

Thank you for the compliments! Honestly I thought about it, but I didn’t know how I would add interaction. Clicking comments to ban them is quite a good idea, I may consider adding it into the game after the game jam.

Thanks for the feedback! Hopefully I can improve and get a 10/10 for future games!

Thanks for the compliment! Glad you found it fun

Thank you for your kind comments, glad to have inspired you! Love your game as well!

Thank you for your compliments!

what did i just play

The furnishing mechanic is neat tho, but you should probably have added at least an outline or some indicator to tell the player where to click. Also try to reduce the total amount of clicks needed for each furniture, because players do not like to spend an hour just clicking away.

The gameplay starts to get stale after a while though, but overall a nice game with a decent amount of polish
