Ah I would love if you expanded the game after the jam. Got me interested now lol.
Really nice, I would love to know what happens next.
I'm glad to find another game made in RPG Maker at the jam! Even though it was a short experience, I had a great time, with very fitting music and a catchy narrative. I really liked the little detail of letting you choose the main character's gender, something that is often ignored in games. I'd love to play the full version someday!
Really great story and art! I love how you handled racism, it's really nice to see these topics talked about in gaming. Especially since it wasn't an over the top reaction or full on hate crime, it was handled with a lot of depth even though it was only a few lines of dialogue about it. There was a really good variety of music too that just ties the whole thing together! Would love to see more if you continue it. It makes me nostalgic for those RPG maker horror classics and it's neat to see one set in America.
This was so interesting that I was upset when it was over so soon. Nice work, on the writing especially. I didn't know RPG Maker could do browser games! I may not have the right version, but this makes me want to polish it off and give it a try.
Cute pixel art and the story is off to a great start. I really enjoyed your writing.
got me wanting more! aaa!
A cool little demo! The pixel art is very good, as is the soundtrack. I hope you find the time to continue working on it, would love to see where it goes :)
