Aw, that's great! Thanks for letting me know, I've been excited to play the update!

This was a lot of fun, thanks to all the organizers and fellow jammers!

Happy to see the jam could be a yearly thing,  look forward to coming back always learn so much from game jams!

Thank you! The gameplay was definitely a last minute thing and I wanted it so much more complicated, but in the end it was like hey I love boomer shooters, let's just work that in. I like to do post jam updates, so I think I'll look into mouse sensitivity settings for sure. Glad you had fun with it!

Thank you! Obsessed with cacodemons so wanted to make a similar enemy lol.

The art style is so unique, and the characters are a lot of fun, I liked how they fit a genre/type of TV channel! Fun minigames, and the sound effects make it really satisfying to play. The overall design/aesthetic is really cohesive and just feels like it's own little world. Short and sweet game, really fun!

So much fun to play, was excited to bust out the controller for this one too! I like that you have an option to toggle the filter on/off, loved how the filter made the game look. Cutscenes were really well made and silly. Really good game!

I love setting up wires/cabling as silly as it sounds, so I loved the concept a lot. I hope you do more with it! The little ducky saucer is so cute too, models looked really solid as well.

Was excited to see a game about Tucker that character always kills me and the way you wrote him was hilarious. The art is so good, and it's a lot of fun to explore the map! Music fit the vibe perfectly. Fun game all around!

Really fun to explore the different channels, it was cool to see how they're all actually connected too! The model of Gnorts was so cute too!

*Updated to fix a minor bug that could cause you to lose your mouse cursor when you get teleported back to the main menu after beating the game!

Highly unsettling atmosphere, especially when this scene is all too familiar. The artwork is so unique, I haven't seen anything like it before. It's very tense, not knowing if your next move could be your last, but it also balances the darkness with weirdly funny moments in between the unsettling ones. I would love to see an update where the game doesn't close but I also see why you did it and it does add more tension to be honest. Even though I kept losing I was so intrigued by the world that I just kept wanting to come back and explore, although ultimately I did end up giving up after you turn on the bed with the dollar after losing again. I did want to add it was oddly cathartic to play as someone with a not so great childhood, the description on the page really hit. Loved it a lot.

Beautiful assets and very creative mini games on the channels, I liked that even the videos had that lovely painted look! The music is really well done too, it's got a neat melancholy sound. The only thing that kept me from fully beating the game was the minigames could be a little unforgiving (made it to the platforming one like another commenter) but I really enjoyed what I played all in all.

Thank you, happy to hear you had fun with it! And, yeeeehaaawww!

Silly humor and a lovely art style. I can't believe how smooth your animations are they're so cool! The two main characters are a fun duo too. Fun game!

Really cool, feels like waking up in a Saw trap. Unsettling atmosphere, I loved the sound design. It's satisfying to play and solve the puzzles inside the room!

Really fun gameplay between the dungeon crawling and turn based battles. Enemy designs are great, and I like that they all have different move sets! The synth soundtrack also goes so hard. Did also have the same experience as another player on the swamp level garage door just thought I'd chime in on that.

Loved the Cheers references on the happy hour channel btw. This was really cool has a psychedelic 80's kind of vibe to it!

I love the sense of dread and desperation you created, you just feel doomed from the start. TV puzzle felt really satisfying to crack and looking around the room for an escape felt like a Saw trap! Great ending that wraps it all up in a nice, neat bow!

You really replicated that weird liminal vibe of being up late and watching weird stuff and added an engaging gameplay loop to boot. The sound effects make calling the numbers feel satisfying and nostalgic for those old landlines. The easter eggs when you type the wrong number are nice touch too!

I really loved the atmosphere, it's kind of relaxing in a strange way. All of the channels are so strange you like can't keep your eyes away, although I died at the Jerma channel and the framed picture that changes to the most cursed photos. Really cool style and presentation!

I really liked the switching channels mechanic, it adds more depth to your average platformer gameplay. The levels are well designed puzzles and I like that each channel sort of gives you a new perspective on the level you're on. Only had the same problem another player had with the last door not opening as well just wanted to chime in. Overall though, a fun time!

Loved every minute of playing this, it has a really good surreal, funny vibe to it! The ducks are all so cute and well designed and the music/sound really matched the vibes. The platforming was really satisfying, especially being able to flap around to get up higher. Being able to play with a controller is a big bonus too. Loved this one!

Scared the ever loving hell out of me a few times! It's not a cheap scare either, it has such a good sense of tension through navigating a chase through the screens. Such a creative way to use the theme, and a nice surprise to see between a lot of the more comedic games!

The art is so cute and colorful and the sound design matches up with it perfectly. Each mini game has a good amount of challenge and I like how easy it is to restart and dive right back in to get another try. Really fun to play!

So much fun, all the minigames are really well thought out and the references in each one are so fun! Really great artwork, love the mix of styles and 2D/3D. It's chaotic in the best way possible.

Really cool puzzles intertwined with that feeling of watching TV when you're not supposed to.
I liked the horror angle to this game a lot, and the Resident Evil vibe of the horror movie made me nostalgic for RE1!
Only thing that kept me from finishing it was sometimes the remote wouldn't come up all the way and I couldn't see the buttons I was pressing.
Overall though I loved the art and channel flipping a lot, finding the ducks was really fun too!

I loved the mix of 2D and 3D you used, the ducks were fun to find and it was a really good touch adding the "Oh, I think I hear one!" dialogue so you don't accidentally walk right past them. Funny sense of humor and fun to explore the park as you play.

The art is so cute, the sounds are fun and fit the chaotic mood! Funnily relatable for those times when you literally just wanna sit and relax but life doesn't let you. Love it!

Made me nostalgic for fiddling with the settings on my old CRT as a kid. I really like the upgrade system, that was a really nice touch!

I loved the art, especially the main menu looking like an old cable TV UI! The music is a nice touch and the concept is really cool. I just couldn't figure out how to get the viewer rating up but it was still a nice experience! I'd like to go back and give it another go to see if I can win!

That was a lot of fun, I loved the demon characters! Really well made gameplay, great art and sound design!

Really funny concept, just playing as a total asshole of a father with a terrible attention span lol. I love how well it's tied with the gameplay, even banging the TV around is satisfying. Lot of good depth to the gameplay, fun to play and made me laugh a lot!

The TV HUD is so well made, I love the duck wing as a cursor! The rewind function is such a cool way to use the theme and the puzzles are so fun. The ambience gave it a relaxing vibe, really enjoyable to play!

The difficulty progression was really well crafted and the sound effects make the gameplay really satisfying, I liked this one a lot!!

YEEEHAAW

Late submission, I had submitted it on time before but found some bugs afterwards. Hoping this is ok, fixed now! Thank you! :

Thank you so much, happy you enjoyed!! :D

I will definitely be fixing the radio to lower or mute itself when Eddie speaks in an upcoming update so they don't drown each other out!

Thank you for pointing out that window issue, I didn't even think about second monitors when exporting this to boot in a small window. We sort of shrugged it off at the time that players will need to full screen it on launch but I can certainly see how that wouldn't play nice with a second monitor up! I think in the post jam update I'll be able to address that better, either having it full screen automatically or maybe play around with having window options, I should definitely learn how to make those for future games in general!

Happy you enjoyed, thanks for playing and your feedback helps a ton!! :D

I'm happy to hear that the legs came down for you, I'd worried about setting the triggers a little too high for it to happen.
Thank you so much, your feedback means a lot! :>

I think when we come back to update this we definitely want to lower or mute the radio as Eddie is talking, should be easy enough to add a check for that!  Definitely an oversight as we added Eddie's audio lines after making the radio system.
Thanks for playing and we're happy you had fun with it!! :]

The VHS aesthetic is so cool, the movie at the beginning added so much. The gameplay is so well thought out, so many different interactions! Such a cool atmosphere, I love the lore you get about the company that sent you here and that they even have their own OS, that was a fun detail!
