How does the game fit into the theme?
It's a infinite runner, and that's it!
In my game the player have to run and avoid some obstacles to return something to someone, hahah!

What premade assets did you use if any?
I used the 2D Pixel Art Character Template I won as a gift at the beggining of the jam, to make the base of the main character.

What are the Discord usernames of everyone on your team?
.tejota.

Did you use MiniScript for your entry?

No

Did you use Playroom for your entry?

No

Cool game! Really liked the art style and comic book aesthetics.
I felt that the controls were a bit weird though, not bad but different from the usual standard of WASD etc.
Also wished that the whole game had the same aesthetic as the intro.
Good job!

I really like the path you took for the aesthetic of the game, the concept is simple but it is really well delivered ! (also did I see a Ginger Root reference ? am I crazy ?) anyway congrats !

OMG! You know Ginger Root too? That's sooo cool!

I didn't include any references on purpose, but if something seemed connected to it, I'm really happy!
It has probably already entered my mind a lot hahaha.

Thank you for the amazing comment! <3

Hey! The art style is great! I really liked the pixel art.

On the other hand, the gameplay is fun, although it could perhaps be polished a bit in this regard, since if I used the dash and the double jump, the character jumped too high. I think it was some kind of bug.

Also, I think it would be more convenient to have the double jump on the same w, I found it a bit strange having to jump again but with a different button.

Still, it's a great job!! :D

It's a fun game, I enjoyed running.

The idea is simple and with cool screensavers, as if marvel

Love the art and the story. Very fun take on the reason this is an endless runner. The vending machines and wet floor signs got a bit repetitive after a bit, but I loved that they were the obstacles in this setting. Well done!

Your art style makes your game memorable. But the art style is only in cutscenes. Not during gameplay.

So what about the gameplay? It's simple and you can win the game by spamming the WER combination, so this not really impressive or something like that. Reminds google no internet dino game.

You know, your game is not the best but I feel that you put your soul into it. It has a fun backstory with Australian settings.

The dino game was my reference for making this game, so you are correct!
I tried to use the same art style, but I miserably failed at making the props, so I changed it. However, after the game jam, I will try to redo them. I totally agree with you, haha.
Thank you for playing and taking the time to write this comment!

Not bad! The controls are unintuitive and a little inconsistent at times, but the art direction and music were great! I think it would have benefitted if you gave the player the opportunity to move around freely to the left and right, which would make it to where you could make more complex  obstacles which is usually more fun to scooch around. Good job!

Really enjoyed the art and music! Gameplay was fun but I was not a fan of the controls.

i like it, it's very cool ;D

Thank you very much for your comment! ^^

I really want to like that on, but the controls? Why is the double jump on a different button then the jump? It's just a little clunky to play, and it's not clear to me how many hits I can get before dying.

The art is nice those, and the music fits really well.

Good job!

Thanks for the comment. After I posted the game, I realized that the choice of controls wasn’t the best.
I want to change them after the game jam ends (I don't know if I can do this while people are judging it, haha).
But thanks anyway ^^.
