How does your game follow the theme?
The game's setting is in the distant future, aboard a spaceship! Set out to discover the scifi mystery and why all the humans have disappeared. This prototype contains the first level of the point-of-click mystery
Did you use any pre-made assets? If so, credit them here:
The game uses a soundtrack from freesound (license number on itch page), and I drew the pictured cat for a different game jam, before this jam started. All other art is produced by me, for this jam!

When I see that cute kitty, I know it's gonna be good. That meow when I set it free. π»
The downside is some clickables are too tiny to click.
It's a nice puzzle game, wish there were more levels. I understand the difficulty of designing levels with this type of puzzle game because it demands creativity, and it's no joke.
Also this game reminds me of the iconic GROW games by EYEZMAZE. Maybe you could take inspiration or follow his examples, it's worth checking out. There are videos of it on YT.
Overall, it's a good entry for the jam. Well done.
Your concept is cool but it's a shame the current version doesn't really show that at all. It's basically just pressing random buttons to free the cat. But could be cool if you implement story details and make each screen more like a puzzle and less like you're clicking random stuff to free the cat.
This has to be the cleanest game in the jam. Everything was so well done and gorgeous. Really well done!
wow—the sound design and graphics in this game are top-tier! The atmosphere you created is really immersive, and the SFX make everything feel super polished. πΆβ¨
That said, I noticed the gameβs doesn't go with sci-fi space theme, adding a few sci-fi elements could help reinforce the theme more! ππ I like the game so much I WANT MORE LEVELSSS.
The quality of the art and sound is seriously impressive! For a prototype, this has a lot of potential—excited to see where you take it!
Heh, thanks so much! The sci-fi part was supposed to be the futuristic spaceship (in this room, it's the cryogenic chamber the cat is in) -- maybe I should've "upgraded" the computer terminal and other elements of the room to seem more futuristic. Or should've made some of the mechanics more crazy. In any case, thanks for the feedback, and thanks for playing! Much appreciated :p
If this had more levels I think it would be first place the music, sound effects are so good, felt really rewarding after finisihing the puzzle. Recomend to fullscreen because i couldnt really see the . . .
The art style is astonishing, I really loved the drawings.
If I could give a recommendation, I would suggest making it easier to press the different buttons, as they are so small that sometimes I struggle to click on the exact spot.
Apart from that, it's a great game. Keep it up with the upcoming chapters ^^
I loved the music and art and really everything about this game! πΊ (the cat is so cuteπΈ)
Love the artwork! I figured out the path up until the last one, the air outlet (saw it on the screenshot to solve it). Maybe some hints on the progress might help? Anyway, it's very beautiful!
Thank you so much for playing all the way until the end!
And that's a good point, I will add some hints for what to do next -- I might make a "hint" button available on the top right after 10 seconds or so? or maybe wiggle the next item if you turn on "guided" mode? I'll definitely add some guidance +1
So cute! Loved the art and music. I found it a bit hard to figure out what to do but I might be missing something
Oh gotcha -- maybe I need more visual effects for what's clickable, thanks for trying!
In short, here are the list of clickable items if you'd like to give it a go. I appreciate you taking the time already though, so no need if you've moved on to other games to try:
- computer button
- pump button
- light switch on wall
- cryo tank cap at the top
- cryo tank glass itself (only clickable once the locks at the bottom are unclasped)
- grate cover on the right
