Nice usage of the music, I love that there's a lot of stages, and the transitions between them are very colorful and smooth. It constantly felt like there was a new stage everytime, so much content!

For some reason, while playing the web version, halfway through the gameplay my character was always moving slow, and I don't know if it's some bug. The bullets felt a bit weird that they were tiny rectangles, otherwise the visual work is great.

Well done!

Of course the music is a banger, however for some reason in the web version it's super clicky, I tested on chrome and edge and it was a pain to hear. It's fine on the downloadable version tho. You could have added some sfx too, it could have elevated the game even more. Also the hitbox could have been smaller, so we could actually pass through some attacks. But overall it is great, it looks great, it sounds great, it feels great.

Very cool style and banger soundtrack! Very well done! I personally think it is a bit too hard though, as the constant dying kept me from fully enjoying the visuals and audio and from getting into a flow.

Great concept and great music! I loved the synchronisation and the changes to the playing field! However, either I’m missing something, or there’s some sort of bug, because I defeated the Level 1 boss two times before the music ran out, and both times the game said “Failure” and didn’t let me advance to Level 2. I thought the objective is to kill the boss before the music ends? On another note, I think the enemies had a bit too much health, especially when having a low attack power. In any case, good job overall!

There’s no level 2, sorry. I’ll check that bug, it’s weird that you fail when you defeat the boss

It's fun and I really like the audio, but the game's way too hard. Couldn't fully enjoy it when I was dying every 5-10 seconds. It's still a great game tho.

Overall, like the audio and visuals, and the execution is tight. The game feels good to control. I had a lot of fun playing, great job!

A couple suggestions: I think reducing the number of bullets on screen might be good, and rather increasing the size but keeping the hitbox fairly small. I do really like how things sync up with the music and that's how the level progression works.

Something specific to this jam is that it would be nice for the theme to play somewhat more of a central role. Perhaps a new powerup every 10 seconds, or the beat of the song speeding up every 10 seconds?

I’ll take this idea, thanks you for your recommendation

Cool vision and audio!)

The visuals and audio were astounding. My favorite thing is how you adjusted the playing field to create a more theatrical appearance. Love it. Keep up the good work.

The bullets could be way bigger, as that way the it is easier to see them, even if they are black before a white background, everything else is good tho

Bigger bullets to see them well, interesting. I’ll implement this idea, many thanks ^-^/
