The door mechanichs is interesting and fun (the door "Deals more damage but less dmg" is a troll door or i misunderstood something? :D )
Personally I would have liked to see the parameters of how much they changed for the various buff debuffs, but that's just my personal taste!

Yeah it's a troll door. :D It's just giving the neutral amount, so if it's dmg + and dmg - it's giving 0 :D
About parameters -> i was thinking about this and i'm sure this should be in game. But due to lack of time i resigned with this idea (for the jam ofc).

Solid gameplay with a good power up system.
Art was good, I enjoyed the last boss design a lot.
In my humble opinion, the game pause downgrade feels awkward, it's not really a downgrade, it's just annoying. The others upgrades/downgrades felt kinda right.
I've really enjoyed the room where you have to dodge and survive, it was quite fun.
Overall a solid game, I had fun playing it. Good job!

When i created pause downgrade i was thinking about someting which can disturb the rhythm of the player game. Instead i see some players said it was funny ( because they expected to maybe bullets be paused or something) or annoying. Good that you mention that, great feedback and thank you!

Awesome game, superbly designed! I won with a time of 8:09. It was quite tense as I lost most of my health early on, leading me to play super carefully, but I managed to get through it. Perhaps because of this experience, I noticed that you've designed this game really well while including speed down grades. In many games, losing speed is a death sentence - but in this game, you can make up for it with strategic planning. Also, I REALLY enjoyed the dungeon floors you made, with rooms and passages and traps! I could image a 100 floor sort of dungeon crawler with this concept, with bosses and unique enemies. I feel like you created a truly solid game with an enjoyable loop; if I had to give some criticism, I would say: try to add some craziness! Whether it's changes to the way the player attacks, or moves, or a fearsome and unpredictable enemy attack (used sparingly), I think it could add a lot of personality to your game. With how solidly you pulled everything off in this game, I think you could make good use of such a technique.

Great game, I liked how each room was very specifically designed. I also got the random pause debuff, I thought it was a random pause in the shots, not the actual whole game paused, it was really funny.

I was a bit scared that the RNG of not getting an upgrade was going to make it feel too luck based, but I feel like you hit a really good balance. The game play is fun and simple, the rooms are very well designed, nice visuals and graphics, overall great job!

This was fun, really fun. I liked how you incorporated the theme with the rewards at the end of each level. I ended up surviving for 5:36 minutes but the amount of levels and content you have here is great. Awesome job with this!

The first door I got is "DEAL MORE DMG BUT LESS DMG". I wonder how that works.
Anyway, this is a fun game. I was really having fun dodging bullet that I forgot to aim my shoot.
I also found some way to cheese the last boss, it seems the enemy bullets despawn before hitting you when you hugging the bottom border. Don't take my word for it though, since I still try to dodge the bullet when hugging the bottom border. I am just really sure some bullet should have killed me in that part.

Doors with the same parameters are just neutral one (except health there is a bug if you are 1 hp). So you are getting like + 5 dmg and -5 dmg - you're staying at 0. I had no time to prepare fully my randomizer - so there are bonuses like that. But i think it's funny so instead of deleting them i just left this bug as a humorous insert.
And about cheese - yes you're probably right. Or there is a big chance of not getting hit if you stay correctly. Glad you found it!

The game is super fun, I really like that the levels are all very different yet all fun with various bullets to dodge. The tunes are nice and Big mage is an hilarious drawback.

If you have problems with lvl 3 (I know from the reviews that it may be a bit too difficult), try watching the pattern for this lvl in the video I prepared especially for this purpose. I will make probably this lvl a bit easier after jam! Thank you!
The game is extremely hard but fun and rewarding, the bosses are really fun with interesting patterns but the enemy fights are much more repetitive and spammy. The doors are fun to choose from as you slowly get stronger and stronger. I feel like the difficulty curve is a bit inconsistent, especially level 3. The game is very punishing as you have to start all over but I still had lots of fun!
