Hi Relei,
Thanks for playing and for your feedback!
in the first version, every time you died it actually repeated the pre-game session dialogue.
In the latest (and current) version however, if you die it restarts immediately from the beginning of the game session.
Do you think the waiting time is still too long?
Thanks again for your feedback, I really appreciate it! <3
4/5 Species fished! :)
It is a nice one button game, simple and clean.
I would have liked an obstacle, like a fish (or bomb) that shouldn't be caught otherwise it's game over.
It would have added some spice to the experience :)
But perhaps the goal was a more cozy game.
Nice Job
P.s This lake is full of giant and terrifying fish... I wouldn't feel safe with that little boat :D
I really like the idea, mixing rpg and rythm game is a concept that i really like!
Also I really enjoy the art and the desing n of the map (nice fov effect!) and of the combat.
The combat needs you to be pixel perfect while pressing the button. I wish there was more margin for error. I Can"t do more than 2 fight then i die :(
Or maybe i need to git gud :D
Nice job!
Hi archm,
Thanks very much for playing the game, and for your precious feedback! You are right about the dialog skip, It's very frustrating. After your feedback I was able to update the code and implement a new version, in which if you die after the first level, you start again not from the previous dialogue but from the end of it.
It's just because of your timely feedback that i managed to fix, thanks again!
I'm glad you liked it and the animations!
As for the theme, the idea of the grind was to constantly repeat the same action, the destruction of the balls, as an idea of grind... Yes it is very weak as a connection
I'm glad you liked the ending :3
Thanks again! <3
Hey HollowWolf!
Thank you so much for your feedback and for playing the game!
Yes, I think you're right, maybe I should have, in some way, rewarded dodging more than getting hit (while still maintaining the karma mechanic).
I'm sorry that you tried it with the keyboard, unfortunately with the keyboard it is not possible to make the characters shoot, therefore you could not kill the enemies or increase/balance the enemies in the portals.
I had tried to implement all the commands with the keyboard but it was really too inconvenient. Precisely for this reason I had decided that the game would only be supported with analogue gamepads.
Thanks again for your feedback, I really appreciated it!
It was fun, i liked it!
The door mechanichs is interesting and fun (the door "Deals more damage but less dmg" is a troll door or i misunderstood something? :D )
Personally I would have liked to see the parameters of how much they changed for the various buff debuffs, but that's just my personal taste!
I liked it and I enjoyed it!
Hey odiurd, thanks for your feedback and for playing the game!
I think you're right, once you understand that getting hit is part of balancing karma, it's pretty easy to balance it out.
In theory there should have been a final boss at the end of time, but due to lack of time I wasn't able to implement it :(
Thanks again for your feedback!
