Very simple but very satisfying concept : -D Obviously character design and animations are an absolute peak XD That bouncy queen was for sure bouncy. Couldn't beat her tho... Overall very fun game, nice work :DDD

Reminded me of bubble trouble, simple and fun mechanic. Fun, but wished I could auto restart immediately after dying

Only in the first level don't restart immediatly after dying, the other level if you die it skip the previous dialogue!

I LOVE the bouncy queen sprite work, the little eyebrow detail was perfect! overall fun and challenging, can see myself playin this on a nokia 3310

I love the Bounce Queen's animation work. Very expressive. Gameplay is alright, some of the hitboxes are wonky, especially the big bubbles. Text is funny and lighthearted. Great submission!

in the first version, every time you died it actually repeated the pre-game session dialogue.
In the latest (and current) version however, if you die it restarts immediately from the beginning of the game session.
Do you think the waiting time is still too long?

Yes, you have to press down four times and wait for the dialogue in between. I'm so impatient and just want to try again right away! :-D

The animations were good, but pressing the numpad seems to restart the level, and I think that having it endlessly loop is a bit boring.

I like the animations (eyebrow twitch is great) and that it saves after every level. You should allow the player to skip text scrolls, I had to repeat some levels 4-5 times and reading it each time got a little annoying. I'm not really sure what this has to do with grinding, but it's still fun.

Thanks very much for playing the game, and for your precious feedback! You are right about the dialog skip, It's very frustrating. After your feedback I was able to update the code and implement a new version, in which if you die after the first level, you start again not from the previous dialogue but from the end of it.
It's just because of your timely feedback that i managed to fix, thanks again!

As for the theme, the idea of the grind was to constantly repeat the same action, the destruction of the balls, as an idea of grind... Yes it is very weak as a connection
