A nice, well-polished bullet hell. Loved the way some of the enemy patterns synced to the music. Really well done!
There's a small bug I found with the scoring. When you start a new game after a game over, the score multiplier doesn't build up correctly. It takes quite a while to get over 1x. Closing and reopening the game seems to fix the problem.

Very nice visuals and music, it would have been cool with some sfx tho
It's quite difficult, but very fun to play!
Great game, the visual are ace and the controls and wave's of enemies are just right :D
The scoreboard is a great addition, nice touch. Think some audio feedback on the enemies dying would of been the icing on the cake.
Super cool visuals, I dig the style. Had a lot of fun with this one, kept playing over and over to see if I'd get in the hall of fame haha. Great work!
Everything is amazingly polished, other than hitting an enemy, which felt pretty weird (to have everything like pickups kills and blanks be so polished and this just as important thing not)
I liked the art, it was very consistent and nice, you really knew what to focus on and what was happening.
I don't feel like the game had anything to do with confined space other than being a bullet-hell which is the requirement of the jam which was a bit of a bummer.
There were no sound effects which is a bit of a shame :(
The music was a banger and fit like a fiddle!
The leaderboard gave a pretty cool motive to replay the game, and the score was really nice to get.
I wish the difficulty spike was a bit less but other than that, awesome submission, amazing job!
Thanks! Pretty much all the missing things you mentioned - sfx, hit effects - was down to lack of time, as you'd expect.
And yeah, the only nods to the theme I managed to get in were a couple of the bullet patterns that are designed to hem you in. The boss in particular does a very typical space-constraint type of attack.
Appreciate the comments though, and glad the music went down well.
Quite a great game, actually! The visuals are stunning, and the music is pretty fitting for bullet hell. The attack patterns are recognizable and it's generally a matter of execution rather than figuring out a path first. The lack of sound effects, even though music is present, does make the game feel odd though. Having a scoreboard is really cool, though. Overall, cool game!
I really enjoyed the game. I think it needs a little more feedback (eg: shake screen when an enemy exploded). I found the game very fun, congratulations.
