In what way does your game fit the theme?
It's a tower defense game. The towers are not so impressive by themselves but they can boost up each other's powers according to their synergy.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Sound effects and BGM were under the CC license (proper credits were given on the game page). An enemy path builder was imported. The rest of the code and the artwork were original.

Concept was nice. I liked the game and also graphics. A pretty unique gameplay I would say. Great Job

Had to scrap my original review because I finally got the game going and it didn't disappoint.

First thing I want to say, I'm not sure if this is a problem with my PC (on two browsers), but when loading the game, it shows up as a blank grey screen for like a minute, no progress bar, no game engine logo etc. It looks like it's not loading at all and I nearly gave up reviewing it as (I thought) I couldn't get it to play.

As a tower defense game it's a neat concept, I really enjoy combined elements in TD games (like Gemcraft and Element TD). I'll always be someone who would give tower defence games a chance as they are one of my favorite genres. I also enjoyed the artsytle, and felt that the game as a whole was cohesive to a style.

Only other thing I wanted to say was I could see no mention of a wave counter, I nearly quit the game as I thought it might be endless (and I had built a formation of towers that nothing could pass). But then I randomly won!

Overall happy I played, and would be interested if you played around more with the concept!

Wow! It's a great game. I loved the idea of using different towers to defend =) The game is a little bit to easy but in general, it would be great to see an after jam release. Good job!

It's a really clever idea to have the towers interact strategically with each other. I think it would've been better if the towers were introduced one by one across multiple levels, although I get it's hard to do that in a week. I say that because I had to keep rereading the description to see what they all did, which sucked some of the fun out of a potentially pretty fun idea. But it's a great concept and it works well. Graphics are nice too. The work shows.

A bit too easy, but else a pretty good tower defence game.

I like the concept fo the towers boosting each other, I found myself constantyl reading the description to see which towers boosty what and then also struggled to figure out which icons was wich tower, maybe slight change to the ui where you pick the tower to give some of this information in game would be good. overall enjoyed it, congrats on the submission!

I really loved the concept. Made me think about where to put my towers.

Only thing I'd change is the tower's attacking. Right now it doesn't matter where I leave the towers as long as I place them near the correct bonded tower.

For example, having the metal to shoot in a line will force me to place them in a specific place in order to get the most of it attack.

Well done!

I like the concept of it and the art is cute!

It did felt kinda easy so it would be interesting to balance the difficulty a bit... Maybe introducing new types of enemies or making tower refils more difficult to get? I was also thinking maybe an option to remove or replace towers could be useful.

Overal it was a nice little game to play ^^

First I would like to say that I really enjoyed this game i genuinely gave you five stars for fun however there are a couple areas for improvement first i think you should develop some for of time based scoring system  which is displayed as well as a health bar. You should also increase the amount of enemies needed to obtain a tower because you can get a lot of towers and lastly you should make rock towers less OP I literally beat the game with two fire towers and lots of rock ones.

A cool tower defense. The synergies were interesting and meant placing towers was strategic. The art and themes were also very nice. It felt a little easy however.

It's true that it gets too easy in late-game. There were some balancing issues that we were too half-asleep to address. We're working on a post-jam version and will publish it on Newgrounds if we finish before the jam is over.

Really solid entry! Would be cool to have some more info in the UI about each element and stuff as it can be harder to recognize. However overall great job done! And nice take on the theme!

Cool concept with nice graphics and sounds, though the enemies don't scale as fast as your towers do.  I understand that this is difficult though, I spent a few hours writing equations to try and balance my own TD game for the jam.

Looks and sounds great! Wasn't really sure what each tower was doing, or what kind of currency I was using, but it was pretty fun.
