Cosmic Journey features a system where your rocket ship gets improvements each time you rescue a space companion.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code and I made all the visual and sound assets myself. The only thing that I used from an outer source was the music, which is free of copyright.

Such a cool game. What is better than saving dogs in space. Also the calm music hepls with selling the atmosfere. I have a lot of fun playing this game. The best game that I've played in this game jam so far.

Nice, played for a while and it was pretty good. At times it can feel a little boring / slow, but it still does a good job at staying interesting by introducing new things in different levels. The effort shows. Good work.

I give critics, and hope you don't mind, I apologize if it hurt your feelings. Art wise, the art is colorful, and unique, game mechanic wise is that of the typical space shooter, nothing unique. The overall atmosphere is okay, but it can be better.

Game sounds great, allows for using skill points, and has dogs. What more do you need in a game.

The game was fun and the graphics are really good. They are full of cool features. the game was just a little slow.
At one point I didn't die when my life was zero and the command prompt is open
I've just realized that there is a massive bug that prevents you from dying at stage 4 :( Sorry about that, I'll update a fixed version once the jam period is over.

I just played your game and it was so fun! I loved your take on the idea and I just want to play more! The dog sound effect is so cute and I was heartbroken when I missed a couple of them. The music is fantastic and calm and I love how you keep adding new concepts to the game, it was incredibly fun, well done!
