Hey, so here is the story! I actually looked up your game after watching your video on You Tube. I can't thank you enough for perfectly explaining the realities of Game Dev and you being brave enough to show your vulnerabilities to all just to help us out! I completely relate to all that you have said in the video and I honestly say that this video started my day and will keep me thinking.  Well done and glad to have made your acquaintance! Also well done for your game. Very interesting take on the concept.

I thought the idea for your game was really cool. They way how each square depends on each other for more squares leads to this wonderful escalation where sending squares to one side in turn sends squares to the other side on repeat until the screen is just full to the brim of squares. It was very fun to play, but I think its kind of broken (in the browser version at least) since I couldnt really find a way to lose and it looks like the timer is messed up.  The ability the map the controls is also a nice touch. In conclusion, the game is good, good job :).

(P.S. I think your videos are very cool).

it's a nice game, but for my it's almost impossible to play well, overall, it's a nice game

one problem i had was that the sound was WAY too loud

You can play this co-op, I've played this with my brother and it's great.

the timer is the only bug.

Yes! I love a good simultaneous gameplay, really makes the eye coordination exercise. And you nailed the arcade feel of this one, simple yet super fun!
What I really like about this one is that you give the player choice. I was focusing on catching the stars on the right side and randomly jumping on the left. I see someone in the comments below decided to focus on jumping on the left side to just let it rain on the right. That sense of player agency is really refreshing. Really cool!

Ooh I saw you make this! Great game, lots of fun! Really nails down that arcadey feel.

Thank god you added  key remapping. Something that everyone needs but nobody adds.

Brilliant. Subtle interpretation of the theme on multiple levels, and a stern challenge. Aesthetic is really good, and makes the game super-appealing, even if the simultaneous gameplay took some time to adjust to. :)

I had some good fun with this. I definitely lack the fine motor skills for optimal play but the entire thing just feels right for a dexterity focused score attack game. Some form of powerups and maybe some oomphier sound effects would be great additions imo. Still, good fun!

so when's the three way multiplayer DLC coming out?

Submitted

Fits the theme well and the visuals and effects are nice. I also like that you can map your own buttons so can play each square with a different hand if needed. I would have liked a screen where I could view my best times but overall nice game.

This was so fun to play! I love the minimalistic design. Great idea <3

nice game!

Loved it. Never felt overwhelmed, because you can pretty much set your own pace. Really engaging, couldn't stop until all 100 were collected...

my browser did not agree to all the particles, though 😂

It's really fun for such a simple concept. I like how different the two spaces are. Gives a nice flow while playing.

this was a really polished and fun experience. Though I feel this with friends is stronger. I also liked the subtle difference in control scheme between the two playable cubes (one jumps and the other walks) thought it was a nice touch. Cheers :D

Nice game, I felt like I needed a bit more risk as I was just focussing on the left side to let it rain meteors. But I really like the overal presentation!

Loved it , very creative . Good Job !

Lets Talk Gamedesign.

Its cool that you were able to set your own controls. It was quite fun and the Game feel was very nice. The art style is simple, but does its job. I woulve personally dropped down the Post Processing and the Camera Shake a bit.

When playing coop i think this game would be a lot more fun, because i just focused on the right side and by collecting the falling stars i randomly collected bits on the left.  Still liked it though!
