Interesting idea, good intro tutorial, visuals and audio could use some improvements, but apart from that, good concept :)

It's poorly designed imo, movement and jump was weird/off, besides that right at the start i dug holes under MC's feet so he left the screen and there was no other visible way to bring him back so i had to refresh the browser.  If you'll add more coherent and failsafe design (for example character not getting stuck at places in a way that u have to restart the game, for example character being able to atleast jump high enough to jump up from out of the screen hole) aswell as tighter controls, i might be willing to give this another chance, for now that's all think about it.

Developer

ok, thanks for the feedback.

Very cool Stealth Game. The art is pretty nice over all well done :P

Developer

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it! :)

Very well implemented, you added a lot of features in the game in very short time, well done!

however I think the game design should have been more simple

And please don't forget to rate our game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/574177

Developer

Thank you!

Yeah, this museum might be a little hard for a first level. I have already planned some easier levels for future versions :)

I'll check out your game as well!

Nicely done.

the game feels so unique, maybe it need some ambiance music on level to add more mood, but overall its fun game to play :D

Developer

Thanks, glad you liked it! Yeah, I'm still looking for a fitting soundtrack...all I found didn't really fit the mood I was looking for. But I'll keep searching ^^

This is really addicting. With just the grappling gun and the (hole gun?) alone in combination you can pull off some pretty badass maneuvers. This is one of those games I want to come back and spend more time with after voting is over. Great job on this.

Here’s my game if you want to check it out. https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/572795

i think you should have added a range to your grapple because it has unlimited range ,overall it was a great game with good soundeffect and a decent pixel art

Developer

Thanks for playing, and for the feedback. Yeah, I also thought about setting a max range for the grapnel. Except for the corner case where you are standing beside the museum, and can use the grapnel to launch yourself up to the attic, it doesn't really make a difference regarding the game mechanics. But it's definitely on my todo list :)

This is so interesting! I like how the hole appears and swallows walls.

The stealth gameplay is also so much fun. The idea being a thief that creates holes is brilliant.

Nice job!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! :)

Yep, fun to play, but for a while. It  needs more polishing :)

Thanks for playing! In the next version, it will be more polished :)

This was super fun to play! Great work on the mechanics, and I must agree that this game was quite a challenge. Lastly, I deeply appreciate the tutorial in the beginning.

Developer(+1)

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! :) I have to agree, it's quite difficult - in the future, I might add some easier levels for new players.

Love the idea and the mechanics. Once I figured them out I really felt like I was raiding a museum. it was a little buggy at time and you could even keep playing after you lost. The difficulty was the most noticable. It was extremely hard. maybe next time you could implement levels a ramp up the difficulty a little slower. On a more minor note the text pop ups on the bottom would get in the way of seeing below so those should be moved somewhere else. All in all great job!

Developer

Thanks, glad you liked the idea! In the future, I might add more museums (ramping up in size, guard count, and thus difficulty). Regarding the text popups, I'll think about some better place to put them!

Fun mechanics, unique idea.

i liked your concept, it reminds me of Monaco. It's a little bugged sometimes. But good job,

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Yeah, I've removed a bunch of those bugs already, but unfortunately, I'll have to wait until the rating session is over, before I can update it here on itch.io as well ^^
