Fun to play! A few sound effects would make it even better.
Really dig the gameplay. Simple but engaging. It was not clear to me in the beginning, that i need to grab the cookie. Also the number was hard to read. The upgrades made the game a complete idle game, which was fun, but i quickly was in the minus by a lot.
Visuals are fine and the music was chill and fitting. A few soundeffects could enhance the experience even more.
Good job!
Thanks for playing!
Very good concept, it was hard to get out of the negatives once I get a huge negative multiplyer but it was fun nonetheless. With more game feel feedback sounds and flashing numbers and improved graphics this could be big! The core game loop is solid and fun. Just needs polish.
I agree, the negatives are a bit difficult to deal with. I’m glad you had fun, and thanks for playing!
A nice little idler with some neat upgrade mechanics. The point-per-bounce was also a lifesaver when the bank inevitably went to zero as it lets the auto-dropper start with -1 biscuits and then build back up as they bounce down. The one upgrade I felt was missing was some way to ultimately lower the frequency of negative buckets. Without this, it never felt like there was a critical mass of other upgrades that would let number go up indefinitely.
The Base Multiplier upgrade is meant to reduce the frequency of negative buckets. I didn’t have much time to playtest, so the balance may be off and the upgrade might not feel very helpful. A new implementation for the upgrade may also be necessary. Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for playing!
Chill music and chill game.
Thanks for playing!
The negative bets is a cool mechanic, but it's still quite difficult to get back on track once you're way below zero. Especially when you bought auto dropper - I think there should be a separate setting for auto-amount and manual amount, to give you more control :) An upgrade for slot reset duration would be also a nice addition.
Fun game overall!
I haven’t run into that problem yet, but I can definitely see the auto-droppers becoming an issue. Not a bad solution either—thanks for playing.
The negative betting thing was a great design idea that prevents frustration and keeps the player engaged with the core incremental gameplay loop! Very clever and elegant. The background also looks very pretty.
Great work!
That’s exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks for playing.
I liked the creative idea of dropping the cookies and having them bounce until they reach the slots. Congratulations on the game, which is really cool.
I don't know if it's a bug or part of the game, but pressing [-] repeatedly until you have a negative number of cookies and making them fall into a red slot earns you cookies. Mathematically, it makes perfect sense, by the way.
Yep, the negative bets are part of the design. I wanted to create negative bought upgrades, but I didn’t get that far. Thanks for play!
Loved the music and background vibes, and the gameplay was nice and simple (and as you said, kind of addicting!) Good job!
Thanks for playing!
Good idea, but you should add more tutorials to the game
Yep, thanks for playing!
Nice Game , Did Take Me a Lot of Time To Understand What The Game Was About Mainly Due To The Collision Objects Being White And Blending With The Background Due To Which I Couldn't See it At First..But After Figuring That Out The Game Became Quite Fun..
Thanks for the insight about the drop area, and thanks for playing!
Feels a little unfinished, but that is to be expected for a jam game. I like the idea of this game a lot! It's a really clever combination of game genre and jam theme.
Thanks for playing!
Relaxing game that fits the theme well! Love the background animation and music. But took me a while to figure out where to click to start dropping biscuits
Thanks for playing!
A simple game with interessting new mechanics (don't understand what bounce do tho), i had fun with a bug (i guess) wich allow you to push auto-generated biscuits with yours by holding it with your mouse, preventing them to go on negative squares.
Thanks for playing! And thanks for pointing out that potential bug/feature. ;)
its like a idle game and plinko mixed together, however I found a bug that if you set your bet to -5, you can get lots of free biscuits when dropping them. still cool tho
Thanks for playing!
