It’s a clever game with great puzzles, and the mechanics are solid too. I was wondering, when the creatures jump and move on there own, is there any key to control the direction they go? For example, in level 3 it felt super hard for me; it was almost impossible to make the blue one stay on the blue button while the red one moves to the red button at the exact same time!

It’s such a beautiful game, the art is amazing, the gameplay is smooth, and the cinematic effects are really cool aswell. The ambient feel was so fitting, and with the intent to convey a message after each task was executed perfectly. This is my favorite game in the jam! Great work!!🦊

Thank you very much for the feedback, and for pointing out such crucial details! I also felt the jumps were a bit floaty, but since no one mentioned it during the jam I thought it was fine but you're right, I should work on improving both the jumps and the levels, which do feel a bit empty. I thought I had fixed the restarting issue turning black, but as you said it seems it’s still there, so I’ll definitely work on that too. I really appreciate you checking and letting me know the problem still exists it’s super helpful. Thanks again for the feedback!

Thank you very much for playing! Your right and I am definitely far away from the round 1 tasks, I should have focused more on customization alone rather than building out an whole gameplay around it. Still, I hope it turns out well!

Thanks a lot! I’m excited to see how it develops too, got a few ideas lined up for the next rounds

Thanks a lot for playing the game! I’ll definitely work on improving the customizations and adding more depth to future rounds.

Hi, thanks a lot for mentioning this video! I actually saw it when it was first posted, and the playthrough was both amazing and funny. Thanks again for bringing it up here, and yes,I’ll definitely continue to support inevitable cry!!😉

The game is awesome, it gives off such an amazing vibe! I love the way the contents wobble, the dip into paint, and the story writing animations. They were all super smooth. Overall, it’s a really cool game

It’s a really cute game, the art is adorable, and the UI adds such a nice feeling. Overall, it’s a great experience. By the way, my character ended up looking like Pikachu!😉

The game is really good! I think the idea of adding a jump to earn money was great, and the gameplay itself has so much potential for new features in the future. I’ll definitely be looking forward to how it evolves!!

It’s really good! Not only did you make a character customizer, but you also added a mission tied to customizations which is the first of its kind I’ve played in this jam. It’s a cool idea, great work! It’s these small creative touches that make games truly amazing.

Nice game! I don’t think I could have ever come up with the idea of customizing a house,it’s really creative. Adding sound effects could have given it even more weight, but overall it’s a pretty cool game, and the title feels deep too!

Thank you for the comment, I’m glad you liked it! I agree it’s not much of a character customization game, and I do feel a bit sad about that. When the theme was announced, I thought I’d make customization itself a part of the gameplay. Only later, after seeing other entries, I realized most people were focusing on visual customizations since that’s part of the rating requirement. So I guess i've messed up a little, but I’m happy you enjoyed the puzzle aspect!🙂

Thank you for playing!

This game is amazing and so far it's my favorite game in the jam! I think customizations regarding the jam’s theme don’t just mean changing the player’s look, but also how you’ve integrated them into abilities. I absolutely love the way you’ve implemented it. Every detail, from the scene transitions to the screen shakes when firing, its fantastic especially considering its done in 2 weeks! and i must say if the time given for rounds was even a little more, then things could get real tough becoz those enemies spawn like crazy and i actually just increased their size to max so yeah!!

It’s cool simple yet perfect! No matter how you customize the glob, it’s always cute and amazing. The scene transitions are perfect too, really smooth. I think you might have used just one jump animation for all the sprites right?, but it actually fits well with the customizations somehow that’s a nice touch

It’s a solid game! The intro was amazing I found it really inspiring, Not many games make it so easy for players to understand what to do, and this one did a great job with the intro . The insults were quite hurtful, and the kill button is cruel😿

Really cool game! The artwork on the customizations is amazing, and honestly the character itself feels more like 2.5D than just 2D that’s how impressive the art is. Great work! I just want to mention that when I used the randomize option, the game started to lag quite a bit.

I finished the game 🔥🔥 and it was amazing! The character customization tied to progression was fantastic, and the jet was such a great surprise addition. Adding the final boss was really cool though it could use a bit more polish but overall the gameplay felt super smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you very much for the feedback! I’m glad you loved the game. I have to admit I repeated some level layouts across different stages and could have done better there. The issue you mentioned with the level not restarting has been fixed, and I’ll push the update once the voting period ends. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback!

The four shape icons at the top of the screen are actually mouse shortcut controls, designed to make things easier if you’re having a hard time using the keyboard. I hope that helps! And yes, I agree I think I fell short on the customization part. Also, thanks for pointing out the spelling correction. I’ll push a fixed update once the voting ends!

Thank you for playing! I’m glad you liked the chase sequence..I was a bit concerned about whether it was good enough, so it means a lot to hear your feedback.

The game is amazing, the concept and gameplay are really cool and feel polished. The background does cause a bit of discomfort at times, since its movement isn’t always consistent and the loop doesn’t quite work smoothly. Still, I never expected such a creative gameplay integration with the theme it’s impressive, amazing work!

Thank you, I’m glad you liked it! My main focus was to make the controls really easy and help the player understand them right from the start. I’m happy to hear that came through!

Thank you very much! I’ll definitely work on adding more shapes, and I agree making it a speedrunning game is a great idea

Thanks a lot, I’m glad you had fun! I’m not quite sure what you mean by getting soft locked at the flag..could you elaborate? If you meant it crashed, I’ll definitely look into it. Thank you!

Thanks a lot! Haha yes, those rectangles do have a mind of their own. I’m glad you enjoyed the level design and the character customization mechanic.it was fun to build around that idea. Happy you liked the visuals too!!

Thanks a lot for the feedback, I’m glad you had fun! I really appreciate you pointing out the pixel size issue..I didn’t realize using different sizes for sprites could make such a visible difference. I thought resizing them manually inside the engine would be fine, but I see now that keeping consistent resolutions and layouts will make the art look more polished. I’ll also keep working on improving my level design. Your feedback means a lot, thank you!

Thanks a lot, I’m glad you liked it! And yes, I’ve played and rated your game too. I was honestly a bit scared to play it and it was indeed dark but still, it’s on a whole different level. Amazing work!

Thank You!!🙂

It's a nice game, and I think adding  Z, X, and C to quickly change the layout was a great move as It felt a bit hard to switch having to use the keyboard, press Tab, and then the mouse to select. And also the wall ability was amazing too I didn’t expect that at all i expected something like a wall climb ability not an animation, it was cool!🔥

It's amazing..I really like the style of the game, and the enemies look cool as well. Although the select option could use a fix: at first I thought there was only one item to buy on each from  screen. Even when I pressed the left or right button, nothing changed until I replayed it several times. Eventually, I realized you need to first click an item and then press left or right to see more choices. Maybe it’s just me not knowing the flow. but anyways and also one highlight of the game for me was the purchase effect with the screen shake it felt amazing!

The customizations are amazing, and the art style of the shapes is really cool too, I’d love to see how this game proceeds! And yeah, my favorite is definitely the yellow Angry Bird style one which someone has shared in their screenshot below (>w<)

Thank you for playing!

Yeah, I think I was able to pull it off because the game’s mechanics and puzzles are fairly simple. I actually wasted a lot of time otherwise the green car‑shaped NPC you found in the final level was originally supposed to be the main character’s changeable shape..🫠

Thanks a lot! i was concerned about whether the tutorial was clear enough and if i highlighted properly that only square can jump. I’m glad you found it cool!

Thanks a lot for mentioning that, it hadn’t crossed my mind during development. I’ve now added a skip button inside the game, and I’ll update it on the game's page once the voting period ends.

Thanks a lot! I really like the backgrounds too.. I was also amazed by how they turned out. When I first started creating them, the backgrounds looked a bit pale and flat, but after adding gradient textures, everything changed and they came to life.

It’s a good platformer with clever puzzles. The art style was nice, and I found the animations pretty funny for some reason. One time when I tried to connect to the NPC who makes platforms visible, he accidentally fell down and died. So as feedback,i think it would be great if you could add a respawn for NPCs  similar respawn to like how the npc's fall from sky when a level begins. Overall, great work!

Very impressive game! The empathetic concept was beautifully executed, and its connection to the theme felt truly clever. Playing with the awareness that I was being helped by others was an amazing experience. I found myself thinking Okay, just like this, someone else will move forward using my help too.” That sense of shared support was wonderful, and overall, it made for an outstanding game!
