Great take on the theme. A very well rounded small game, if I have to nitpick I would say that you get too much time in the second stage, but was able to make time pass faster. Good job!

How does your game fit the theme?
It presents a moment of calm where you have to explore, pick up resources and craft items as a preparation to the upcoming storm and flood.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
The only assets we didn't make was the music.

Great game, I really like the verticality of the concept, also the gameplay is well implemented, and the boat physics worked well ! It was really fun to play and didn't bored me a second !
This was awesome how you made an entire crafting system awesome work!, only thing that could be improved is UI, and how the attacking system works otherwise i loved it!
I like the boat physics!
Some criticism:
- The UI buttons could use some work
- The font looks out of place among the pixel graphics
- The pixel graphics have inconsistent scaling (i.e. the player looks bigger than an individual tile)
- Pressing W to jump feels weird; maybe that could've been binded to the Space key with the punching key being binded to E.
Good effort, though.
Yes, I have received feedback regarding the controls and the UI. I sure should have payed more attention to the UI, but I was hirrying up. I did the Pass 10 seconds button half an hour before the deadline hahaha. And respect to controls, yes , I hadnt made or played a pc game in probably years and I didnt think well of the usual controls.
thanks for playing!
I liked this. However, needing to use the mouse only when crafting is a bit of an issue. I always put both hand on the keyboard when I need to press more then AWSD because I`m used to console and needing to switch my right hand to the mouse is a bit annoying.
nice game! the controls took a sec to get used to, but it wasn't anything bad. nice game!
The game feels like a mix of Minecraft and Mario—it's fantastic and very successful. Congratulations and good luck!
That's a cute one ! Just be careful with the wizard arena because once the player is in, they can't actually get out and can actually get softlocked if they didn't collect every wood and stones !
But nice game, good work to you ! :D
Great music for this game concept. It fit well with the calm theme. My ship got stuck and I drown, had to restart to build it in a better spot.
Cool game! Loved the concept and art. One thing is that there is a bug where after you revive all the trees you have chopped are gone. Therefore I can't collect any resources so i'm not sure if that's intentional or not.
WOW, man! This is the best game I've seen on this jam! The game design and graphics are so cool! Some comments - the controls are a bit strange, I prefer SPACE for jump and maybe E for inventory, but that doesn't matter, great work!
