Awesome voice acting, the concept is really cool, everything is very well put together, really enjoyed everything (for example getting my fingers chooped off) :)

Developer

Thank you :D

Yoo wtf I did not expect this level of style plus voice acting in a submission. I loved the horror Price is Right idea you have here. The area with the doors was a bit too dark, so I couldnt really see what was going on at times. And I'm not sure if the red cups minigame bugged out, but the cups moved again after I chose one and I didnt see the "prize". This could honestly make a cool Steam release if it were longer and maybe a bit more interactive. Great work!

Developer

Thank you for the nice comment and feedback :)

The Price is Right definitely inspired a lot of the decisions / style of the game, glad you noticed. Got it about the darkness, good to know. And the items were not implemented due to time reasons, apologies about that, hoping we can address it in a post jam update.

Wow, that was amazing. I haven't ever seen a cinematic/linear-type game like this before in a game jam. Obviously, fits very nicely with the theme.

Would have been nice to have some type of ambient sound in lieu of music, but nevertheless, the general feel of the game was still good without it.

The graphics are very nice; sets the mood well. I feel you made good use of shadows to avoid needing ample detail everywhere while also keeping things in the player's imagination.

The blood guessing game was a bit confusing. Perhaps, some sort of more intuitive indication of whether you got it right or wrong would make up for it, but I'm just speculating.

The voiceover was decent. The dialogue was written well. The very opening to the game, the whole sequence, felt very good and left me wondering if I clicked on the wrong game, lol.

Very cool submission.

Thank you for the nice and well worded reply! It means a lot :)

There was no feel of panelty when choosing a door. Other than that, it was such a unique and great game, I love it.

Amazing work. I like the ambiance, graphics, and sounds of this game a lot. The theme is also used nicely here.
Overall, it is a perfect submission for this game jam. Congratulations :D

Thank you :D

The retro aesthetic is really well done, and I enjoyed the anticipating seeing what was behind each of the doors. Great game!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Holy! The production quality is insane; it feels so polished, and the voice acting is honestly very good! The only issue I've had is performance problems when playing in the browser, but that's to be expected. Really great idea with a stunning execution ("Send it!"). Honestly, though, it was really impressive, especially for the short timeframe. Great work!

Developer

Thank you for the reply :)

Interesting on the performance problems, do you have hardware acceleration enabled for your browser? Ideally the game should be fairly optimized.

Very interesting game, Loved the Sounds.

This is one of the best I played for this jam, good job!

Glad you enjoyed it :)

Interesting game, nice visuals! I feel like I was asked the question: “Do you want to play a game?” Good job!

Developer

Thank you :)

Do you want to play a game? :P

Probably the best game from this jam I've played so far. The game feels polished. The voice acting is awesome. The theme interpretation is creative. Haven't seen a camera like that before. Felt a little bit unnatural at first, and I thought that the mouse didn't get locked to window, but it's actually an interesting choice.

Developer

Thank you for the very nice comment. Good point on the mouse locking, I will add that in the post-jam fix. The camera was setup to catch issues with it leaving the window however, and the camera is the way it is because of the player being strapped into a chair, implying they can only move their head / eyes.

Kinda crazy that this game was made for a week jam! Awesome game, hope you continue working on it!

Developer

Thank you for the nice comment :)
We plan on delivering a post-jam update addressing some of the main issues. May be continued after that, TBD

This game is crazy :D A solitd 10/10, i guess that you worked day and night to do this game XD

Developer(+1)

Mainly in the last 2 days, especially final day haha

Very polished and crazy that you did this in one week. One point of feedback: would be nice if the cursor were captured.

I have never seen a jam game that immerses you this good in a game, really well done :]

Developer

Thank you for the nice response! :)

Unsure exactly what you mean by capturing the cursor?

HOW DID YOU MAKE THIS IN A WEEK? If any game from this jam is going to blow up after, it better be this one.

Developer

Thank you for the awesome response! :)

We actually didn't get to work on it a fair bit earlier in the week due to personal situations for us, most of the work was done in the last 2 days, especially last day haha.
