How does your game fit the theme?
You can look through the keyholes to check what's behind the door. This helps you to avoid the enemies and complete the game.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All the assets apart from the sound (code, 3D-objects, textures etc...) where made by us during the Jam. The sounds are from freesound.org

Nice use of the theme of what's behind the doors for within an assassin's game hehehe Liked the level design and the stealth element of it. Also enjoyed the simplistic but matte-y art direction.
I did find some bugs with it, though, like the image twitching everywhere, and finding the 3 gold bars and not knowing what to do next.

In any case, technically, it's an amazing game!

i liked it, looking through the keyhole was an interesting mechanic as well.  I found the knife combat hard, but it feels like that was done on purpose.

Submitted

Cool game, I find it a bit hard but overall nice

Neat game, I liked how throwing the knife would keep it stuck in whatever it hit. Wasnt sure what to do with the gold after I found it tho. Good work!

Developer

Thanks for the comment. The goal is to bring the gold back to your room.

Good use of the theme!

Menu is awesome! And opportunity to look on keyhole - great!

Cool game, I'm sure you'll make it better!

Developer

Thank you! Glad you like the menu :)

Really awesome idea to peak through keyholes! Enjoyed the little cat-and-mouse mechanic. I also had the ctrl+w = close tab issue. Otherwise, great work!

Developer

Thanks!

control + W didn't actually make me exit the game (idk if its because I'm on a mac or because I was playing on chrome) It's a really cool concept and it felt pretty polished! Some music would've improved it a lot. Several months ago I made a stealth game where the enemies have giant red lasers so I'm glad the genre still lives on. All in all great work!

Developer

Thank you for playing!

Nice idea game, good theme. Throw item without scope is hard sometime  .Btw. when I ctrl + w it is close tab.

Hope you learn something from this Jam and keep going ^^. Good teamwork.

Developer

Thanks for playing. And thanks for the feedback! We'll upload an improved version somewhen after the Jam.

Cool concept. I didn't get to play much. It kept getting buggy on me and I would fly through walls. I don't know why.

I found control to be a weird sneak key. I think Spacebar woulda been fine. Shift for sprinting was cool, and E for peeking was nice.

Overall neat little game. I wanted to play more.

We didn't manage to fix that bug in time... We will upload a improved version after the Jam somewhen. I'll try spacebar for sneaking. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!

Fun concept, I really enjoyed the sneaking around and the camera work is very nice, not sure why but the game crashed on me a few times.

Developer

Thanks for playing! The browser version crashes if you try to sneak forward because CTRL + W closes the current tab. That might have been the issue.

The game really fits the theme :)

Developer

Thank you :)

Neat game, the door peeking mechanism is really cool - nice work! Crouching with Ctrl seemed to crash the tab occasionally, not sure why.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! Ctrl + W is a shortcut for closing the tab. Maybe I should have used another key for sneaking in the browser version.

Ahh that explains it!

Awesome!

Thanks :)
