thank you! ^^

Such a cute and well made game, where the sound, aesthetics and gameplay are all so cohesive and whole, very well done!

This game has a lot of sauce to it. Love the ability to synergise builds and micro your units at a relatively high pace!

cute rats :) Saw the intro... didn't expect it to be a puzzle game at first, but am pleasantly surprised it is! it was very fun, with the puzzles being challenging but solvable. I especially like the pacing in which new mechanics were introduced, the level design is very well made.

the worldbuilding goes crazy, from the medium article to the poster to the actual game itself. speaking of, it's a fun little game that hits the arcade spot just right!

Glad to see you guys finish this project! The game is quite challenging and definitely encapsulates the 'dystopian fall guys' vibe.  it also looks and sounds very good!

I love everything about this I think. from the dedicated website, the restoration slider, the video with music, it all mashes together so well!

Cute little game (experience?) with fun writing! The music is good too, which comes together to make the experience more whole.

I love the core gameplay loop and game design of this game. The baiting of slimes to get them to merge to make more slime, it's all very good. My only real complaint is the level design/layout, whereby it's extremely easy to soft-lock yourself or force a loss if you leave the main spawn room and try to explore other parts of the map. Everything else is peak though

I love the party-game style gameplay! unfortunately I couldn't find someone to play with, but even as a solo experience it's very doable and fun. I think with a bit more polish here and there this game could really be something.

aw thank you so much! and don't worry, I am planning to explore this style some more I think

I think this game nailed the 90s aesthetic. Game is fun, sounds good, and can plausibly have come out way back when, especially as an IP game like TMNT or something.

Overall a very cute time-pass style game that sees you merging slimes, up until you fill the screen. I think speedrunning this game can be a bit of silly fun, as there's both an element of luck and skill (if physics pushes the slimes above the current screen it counts as a successful climb).

Very engaging poster, you can kinda get a feel for what the game is supposed to be through visuals alone, which is very impressive! I also love the small touch of having it look like a CD/Cartridge box, with the logo at the bottom right and the console on the spine.

I think this is a very cool concept! not much gameplay or idling etc..., but considering the time constraints, very impressive. Reminds me a bit of "Teamfight Manager", but as a 0-player game (observing a sim) instead of a 1-player (proactive play) game. There's definitely potential there, although it's a little rough right now!

thank you <3 very big compliment

aw cheers! just so you know, they're A3 size if you can get your hands on a print shop ;3

I'm glad you got to enjoy the very deep, very plentiful gameplay

<3

they're A3 sized ;3

Played through a couple of levels in every stage. Overall challenging and fun! very simple and elegant game, with an impressive amount of levels considering the time frame.  Visuals and sound was also on point!

Thank you 🫶

THANKYOU 😘

thank you so much! And I'm so happy everyone's managing to find their favourites 🥺

Found it! Yea, that does answer the questions I had regarding playstyles and starting HP!

Hey, thank you for checking out my game! And yea, there's a lot to go through rules-wise, but I wanted the rules to be as thorough as possible due to the competitive nature. that being said, it's definitely a LOT to take in. I'll see how I can try and reduce it in the future!

thank you so much 🥺

Cute, fun little game that makes sense as you play it.

I love the idea of a turn based, chance based fighting game, but unfortunately, the core gameplay loop leaves something to be desired. Love the illustrations and the bio for each fighter. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I couldn't find where the fighters' HP is mentioned, and the "stats:" section seems to be empty on all fighters.  Furthermore, there's a playstyles section on their bio, but all fighters seem to play the same?

Overall the illustrations are good, the writing/worldbuilding is very solid, but the gameplay could definitely be expanded upon.

The theming of the game is interesting, and a lot of work has clearly been put into the visuals and aesthetics of the game, especially evident in the zine (pdf) itself. I saw the messages on discord about this game being incomplete, but I think this is a really good basis/foundation of something that can be rather interesting and thought-provoking

fun little game :)

Fun little game with cute graphics. I really love the audio/music, and loved how you had to physically look up stuff in a catalogue to interact with the game. Such a creative use of both the Zine and digital games elements!

Played through it, and was super fun! I loved the roguelike-zine creation process and can see it going very far. Layout and design were very clear, balance seems to be good overall, and I loved the little minigames to get small bonuses. Great job!

glad you enjoyed ^^

cute, fun and humorous game! Glad I had the privilege of playing such beauty

super happy you got to enjoy <3

hell yea 😎

Glad you enjoyed, and yea, unfortunately we didn't have time to make a proper tutorial/onboarding section. Happy that everything came together the way it did though!
