Game Slightly MODIFIED From Original State

Minor Updates/Tweaks -- Main Menu Updated a Little (2/8/23)

Super cool game! I really enjoyed it. The audio fits well. And your game fits the limitation very nicely. Keep up the great work!

Nice concept! The art was quite nice. The audio was fun. The gameplay was very good. Great job & Keep it up!

I really enjoyed it. :) Quite polished, and it fit the limitation super well. I also really enjoyed the simplicity. Super solid entry! Keep up the amazing work!

Fit the limitation super well. :) I really liked the simple audio tied to the rhythm. The puzzles were fun, and the concept was one I do not think I have ever seen before. Overall, super job and keep it up!

Fun, well done game. :) The controls felt smooth. The audio was fitting. The graphics looked great. Very solid entry. Keep up the great work!

Super job! Well polished. Interestingly hard. Keep up the amazing work!

Nice job, my friend. I really liked the world. :) -- Especially the buildings that almost glowed. The voice acting was quite nice and added a good touch. The game fit the theme and kinda mechanic. My browser kept lagging so it was kind of hard to play. :( Overall, good work & Keep it up!

That bazooka explosion effect was SO COOL... :)
And all the other particle effects. The graphics were very farmish, so was the background music -- Also, the low poly went well together. The game was a bit confusing, but I get confused easily... Overall, very nice job & keep it up!

Wow, that was cool! Nice job, fun mechanic. The audio was super nice and fitting. The graphics were great. :) The game definitely fit the theme. It was pretty hard for me, but I'm terrible at gaming so... Overall, good job, solid entry. Keep it up!

Nice game :) Shooting the enemies felt good. The world also looked quite good. Could use a bit more polish but there is only so much time you have in a game jam. Good job & keep it up. :)

Wow, very interesting! -- Spooky. Cool concept, and nice graphics. The audio was fitting, and the game fit the theme well. A bit confusing but I get confused easily... Anyways, Good Job & Keep it up!

I accidentally went into another alternate reality... :)

Great job! I liked the idea of switching the realities in a puzzle like fashion (as GoedWare said). The controls were simple and felt good. The graphics were nice and the game definitely fit the theme. I also liked the slight blur effect -- Nice add-on. If you wanted to, you could turn this to a nice full-fledged game. Nice work & Keep it up!

Also, just appreciate the art out of the pre-scene's window. :)

So many bullets at times...

Super fun! I really enjoyed it! The graphics are well done. The auto-shoot added extra strategy. Dodging the bullets was fun in itself. The audio was catchy, spot on! The special abilities added a ton to the game (Rapid Fire, Stack Heal, & Instaclear). Couldive touched on the theme/mechanic a bit more but it's okay. Amazing, amazing game & job -- Definitely Keep it up!

Congratulations on your first game/game jam! -- You did an excellent job. The controls felt quite good, and the hold jump was an excellent extra feature. I liked the graphics - Simple which is how I do it. I really really enjoyed the particles at the player's feet -- It added a good amount of polish. It would have been nice to have some background audio, but I know what it is like to be in a rush. :) Fantastic job & Keep it up!

Wow, amazing world! I really really liked all the graphics. Super great job. The music was really relaxing and calm -- Kinda ironic because it is a FPS, but I really enjoyed it. The voice acting/story in the very beginning was a very good added touch. Super job, Keep it up!

Wow, super cool! I really liked the concept. The graphics fit well together, and the controls felt good. The theme/mechanic were nicely incorporated. Not to mention I have huge respect of you for using your own framework (Jgamer) -- That is way above my head. Amazing job & Keep it up!

Thank you so much for everything. :) More work can definitely be done in  ~10h... yet 10h of productive work where you know what you're doing is very different from 10h of unproductive work where you're still trying to decide what you're doing. (I fell into the later)

Wow, nice job. Interesting concept. Great voice acting and cool graphics. :) The world was a bit hard for me to understand but it definitely fit the theme/mechanic. (Also, I'm just kinda bad at games.) I definitely can tell you guys put a lot of work into this. :) Good job & Keep it up!

You definitely show one of a passionate dev. :) I can't wait to see what you make in the coming jams. I didn't see the big enemy alien green ship coming after me but I am sure that took a good amount of work to add. I might play again later and try to catch it. :)

Interesting game :) The atmosphere gave one of a kinda creepy but was quite well done. It was a bit hard to understand but eventually understandable. Definitely an interesting/unique concept, good job. : ) Not to mention it was very cool that you made a 3d Godot game -- I don't see many of them. Also, good work in Blender. :) Overall, good job and keep it up!

I think you have to download the ".exe" and ".pck" (The top two download buttons) -- at least on Windows 11.

I gotta be careful what I say about the host's game... I don't want mine to be disqualified. :) JK

Great Job, Bravo! I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the game. You're definitely right about 3d games being able to be among the best game jam entries. :) All the graphics were spot on and worked well together -- You have great attention to detail. I especially enjoyed seeing the portal/hyperspace dimension animation/transition -- It was incredibly well done. The enemies seemed appropriate and the planets looked very good. The controls were simple enough and felt smooth. The audio was good and fitting. -- Though, the menu's overall were a bit janky. Overall, solid game jam entry to your own jam, thank you so much for hosting, and keep up the great work! :)

Wow, amazing job! One can tell that the dev put a lot of work into the 3d world. I have great respect for that. The graphics were great and I enjoyed exploring much. The audio was spot on; the theme/mechanic was pretty good. The game movement felt very smooth and nice, but the gameplay was a bit hard to figure out. Overall, wonderful job & keep it up!

When I first saw this, I thought "Wow, Amazing!"...

Dude, I have no clue how you you got so much done! That was insane! :) Fantastically amazing graphics -- So much! Super amazingly polished! You paid so much attention to detail! I am just blown away by how much work you put into this project. The atmosphere of the game was outstanding! This is definitely one of the strongest entries! Man, I don't know what else to say besides that was extraordinary! Phenomenal job & Keep It Up!

3642 words & 19677 characters...
While I don't have time to read it now, I'm sure it's packed with an insane amount of info!

Amazing Work & Keep It Up!

I plan to play your game (& many others) this weekend.  Thanks for playing my boring one. :)

Thank you so much for everything. :) I really appreciate how in-depth your reviews/comments are on everyone's games -- Probably because you are a lightning fast typist and very kind. It is also super cool that you record and give a link to an unlisted video -- That is just genius! Maybe, I should start doing that. :) Easter Egg has something to do with the first suggestion... It's a keyboard shortcut and does even more...

I can't believe you typed all that in three minutes... Let's just say your game has an insane amount of depth, wow... I read about upgrading like two or three times but I still was unable to figure it out. :) I also did not really mess with the fight mode - Too much for me to take in at once. :) You definitely can still take the game in many directions. Good luck on whatever your future endeavors are!

Wow, what an experience! I, honestly really enjoyed it. It was quite fun to create a "world" and see it exponentially grow and not know why, lol. While a bit of a learning curve on how to play, the gameplay was enjoyable. The art was overall super fitting. Obviously the game could have used quite a bit of polish but you made the bones of professionally done game with tons of gameplay elements. With a bit more work, you could publish this game to Steam! Keep up the amazing development!
Idk what this means or if it is good... :)

Good work, my friend. Definitely a lot of respect for writing all that, wow! The back story is great and will be a great segway into your game. The audio is kind of catchily cool, nice choice.  Whenever you finish the complete game or a further prototype, feel free to reply to this comment that you have updated it or DM me on Discord (Guillermo Gonzalez#0242), and I will try to check it out. Keep up the good work! :)

Wow, insanely good! I really really liked the simple gameplay! The art was super well done! The audio was spot on. The theme and mechanic worked.  Idk what else to even say... other than, truly fantastically solid entry! Overall, amazing work & Keep It Up!

Some super minor critiques... (1) C & M are a little awkward, but I definitely see why you chose them. I would have done F & J instead, or multiple options. (2) It seemed a little unforgiving at times. (3) It may have been nice to have some feedback on how one is doing. I saw the % but did not fully understand what it meant.

But honestly, the critiques are Super Minor -- I just had to find some way to make a longer comment. :)

Wow, what a great atmosphere to the game! The graphics were incredible. -- Seriously, no joke.  So much attention to detail and very well chosen colors. Even the menu and other pages were super high quality. The image of the woman where the back story was giving was extremely high quality, it reminds me of a text to image "AI" (MidJourney). The audio was great, especially with the extra intensity layer at the missile launch section. ...And the game fit the theme and mechanic.

I am pretty terrible at games so I did not understand what all I was supposed to do. I did figure out that the space bar turns the world black and white then shoots out a bunch of collectable(?) particles. A tutorial/how to play scene would have been very nice.
Me: Stuck...

Overall, Fantastic Job & Keep It Up!

I knew the solution had to be really simple. 😅Also, compasses? -- I must have missed something... 👀

Great job! :) I really really liked the background music - It was so fitting. The graphics was great and the intro story was well done. The theme and mechanic were spot on - great job! Not to mention the the animations were super. Overall fantastic job; keep it up! -- Looks like the work of a passionate developer.

Sadly, I'm terrible at games so I was far from being able to complete the game. I spent a good  fifteen to twenty minutes on the game, but just did not figure out how to win despite understanding the how to play game. "V" froze the game, yet I was still unable to find a way to attack the opponent.

Also, if you forget controls easily like I do, doc the windows side by side:

I guess I could respond to every comment with "DONT ? Du DEV" -- The dev intended it...
Anyways, thank you, everyone, who has and will play it even though it is annoyingly boring. :)
Honest feedback is definitely appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic job! The art was beautifully amazing! The audio was super relaxing and had great sound effects! The game was just so overall polished. Great game concept -- It was super satisfying to lay the tiles down and expand the grid. Overall, superbly amazing job & Keep It Up! You guys definitely did more than just revive the game; super great job!

Sorry, it should be "Same as what Bunny Viking Said". (Two comments below mine) -- My bad.
Really Enjoyed the Game, Thank You. :)

Awesome job! The graphics fit super well! -- So much art, amazing job! The audio was relaxing and also super fitting! "the voice acting is not that good"... I disagree a ton, a ton. I, honestly, really enjoyed it 100%! The theme definitely worked. :) The main mechanic of movement was fun, yet challenging at times. I do not know if I ever "finished" the game; but, I did get passed the "When in doubt JUMP!" sign after ten or fifteen minutes --I know; I am slow. The messages the voiceover said were definitely interesting... Also, same as Bunny Viking, Misogyny...
Overall, Fantastic Job & Game: Keep It Up!

Could not get passed here...
