Yeah I 100% agree about the sound difference needed for the end of the level thank you for your feedback and for checking the game out!

Vector art was great! And the game plays super well!

I would say that the enemies are a little bullet spungey and slow the game down a little, maybe a couple more coming at you but with all of them with less than 50% of their current health?

Either way, nice job I had a bunch of fun!

Nice chill and relaxing little game, found myself just sitting there spamming planets for way longer than I expected!

Yeah I felt bad as well especially after I added the sound effect to it :(
Thank you for checking it out!

I liked that the different artifacts had different curses when you collected them, really changed up the gameplay!

Little bit of polish and tightening on that character controller and you will have an even more fun title on your hands

Thanks for checking it out. Yeah being a little less cryptic on the instructions is probably a good idea haha

Had some more ideas, but hit the deadline before I could get them running unfortunately! Thank you for playing!

Thanks for checking it out :)

The lassoing mechanic was great!

Only feed back I would have is letting the player move a bit faster to smooth out the experience a bit.

Fun little title

Music created great atmosphere! And the shift in levels going into the darkness made the backtracking feel a lot better than if the hard part of the levels happened first!

I did have a couple of issues with the camera turning throwing me off the smaller platforms a couple of times

Nice job!

This looks like it will be fun to play with others! I like the concept of the 2 farmers stealing from one another until even they aren't sure which chickens were theirs in the 1st place

Cute take on the theme! Nice work!

Thanks for checking it out, I'm glad you had fun :)

Thanks for playing, I have a few ideas that I didn't get a chance to try so I might have a shot at it :)

I'm glad that you got through it :) Thanks for the kind words!

Thank you for playing I'm glad you liked it!

Nice little puzzle game and a cool take on the theme. Couple of tweaks to make the player controller a little less slippery and you have quite a nice game on your hands!

Nice job, I was a big fan of the art style and music!

Levels were a little tricky, though the ability to just jump back in and try a level over and to pick which one to play if stuck are nice additions!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for checking it out and for the kind words :)

Thanks for checking the game out, your comment helped point out a bug with the menu toggles which not only breaks the music, but also the ability to open the menu!

How to play is always accessible in the last screenshot of the game, so you don't have to reload.

Well now don't I feel silly

What a great little experience! I found myself lost in the flow of gather and build

The little blerbs showing a little bit about each character and the sound effects with them calling out what they were doing were nice touches.

Good feeling platformer controller for you first jam ever! Nice work

Loved the art and music on this one!

Found it weirdly relaxing to run over and smash things with the giant axe

Super fun little game, but also super unforgiving (which the quick restarts did alleviate some).

The pushing yourself was a cool mechanic, but with the quick response time required I found myself slipping trying to find the right button to press. As Sephta mentioned maybe using the mouse would make it a little easier.

With a little polish and tweaking I could see myself playing a bunch of this.

This game is right up my alley loved it! And as others have said the art and music were great!

I do feel like speeding everything up just a bit and making the wall of text how to accessible while playing (I found myself reloading the page a couple of times to read it again) will help with getting past that initial onboarding hurdle

And on that note excuse me while I go play another round

Tricky little game, I like it! Dash mechanic felt good, though I wish I could have aimed it a little easier some times, maybe with the help of my mouse

Art was clean and clear (though I'm a sucker for minimalism) and the backing track had me trying to dash along to the beat just so I could tap along to it.

Art and premise of the game was great! Enemies came at a good pace enough to feel like a constant threat, but not too many as to feel overwhelming.

One thing I think would have improved the onboarding a little is to have the player play the game a little before getting them to head back to the lab for upgrades, but overall I had a bunch of fun.

Nice work!

I really enjoyed the take on the theme and collecting all the endings was satisfying!

One small piece of criticism though would be that space would have been a better contender than j for jumping as players usually have that key internalized from other games they have played

Great work for your first foray into game dev!

Puzzles were good and tricky, though it took me a moment to work out that you could move into the same tile as your tail

Nice job! Felt fun to zoom around the course when picking up the speed boosts.

One thing that might have made it feel even better was having the main player speed be the same as the boost and have the boosts shoot you even faster.

The little bit of bloom to the ship was a nice touch and I enjoyed the music!

Cool little title! Loved the art style, especially the player character!

I feel like cutting down the level size would have helped the game, the larger the level the more the slow down mechanic started to feel little frustrating where it was a super interesting balancing act in the areas where you could drop off the loot readily.

Nice job! Loved the art style and backing tracks!

Wasn't quite sure if there were different platform types or if the bounce was just a little inconsistent which caught me out a few time admittedly

I really enjoyed the take on the theme, the smart usage of platforms to bounce around is a cool idea!

Fun little game! Comboing the jumps and boosts and obsessively collecting every power up I could was a bunch of fun.

I did get a little confused as to what I was meant to do once I got to the top (though this may have been me just being dense as usual), some sort of indicator directing the player down would have helped a bit on this one.

I really dug the backing track! Nice job!

Loved the dance floor disco theme!

Having press space as the way to start the game made it take a little bit to work out that everything was controlled using the mouse instead of the keyboard.

Given a bit of work and polish I could see this being a fun little puzzle game, especially ported over to mobile.

Mouse sensitivity aside (though that may have been part of the point), was a cool little concept.

Nice Job!

Super cool concept!

I did find it a touch hard to grab the boxes without pushing them so a little bit more leeway on the range to pick up boxes would go a long way, (unless, of course that was to go with the theme)

The extra little layer of positioning the characters for optimal box grabbing made this one really fun for me

Took me a little bit to get used to the controls, but once I did it was a bunch of fun!

A fun little shoot to move title! I especially liked the addition of the different weapons and the different amounts of movement they provided and found myself switching between them quite often
