What do you like about your game?
This time I made a game that mostly just UI. I also learned that make a "Paper, please"-style game is a lot harder than I thought

Very cool idea! Very aesthetic! I would want to see this game developed into a fuller fledge game

Engaging project with a promising start! The questioning system adds depth, and the potential for narrative and world-building is exciting. Hoping for more updates and polish. Great concept and execution!

Really promising and already significantly more interesting and fleshed out story and gameplay wise than That's Not My Neighbor. There isn't a whole lot here in the game so far, but I really like the questioning system and needing to scrutinize everything the people say before making a choice. All of the best aspects of Papers, Please are here and I really hope they can continue to be fleshed out. While this game is rough around the edges, there is a ton of promise and I really hope we can get some more world building/outside information from other visitors. For what this game is, I'd give it a 7/10. Really hope to see some more improvements and updates on this in the future. Love the zooming in feature too, hope you add things we need to inspect for on their bodies too. That would be a really cool mechanic.

Nice Execution, and you can add a narrative in future like the original game so player will have some motivation to keep playing. Good Job!!

I am desperately hoping that the full game comes out soon and it will be a long one, I love these types of games and this kind of horror.

Developer

Thanks. It will, worry not.

I like it, great job, the interactions are smooth they felt real, but I'd really like a way to interact about missing things but overall great work!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback. That a feature I planned on doing after finishing up the story. Make it a lot more immersive, right?

Yes das the one, I'm looking forward for it

interesting visual! I almost characters to be moving in a FMV style :D

Really good job on the Papers, please gameplay. Smooth as butter.

I feel the aberration theme is kind of lacking though.

Developer(+1)

Thank you. Yeah, I planned to add some mimic-human monster, but slightly off (like, Uncanny Valley). But I'm unable to spend enough time on the jam so it has to cut short (Check the GitHub commits and you see I barely made any progress first week haha). For now, maybe we can considered invalid documents as something "aberration"? They're a bit stretching but it's there.

Overall interesting game! Really enjoyed the visuals.

Reminds me of papers please, which is a favourite of mine.

Could use a bit of sound effects, though.

Developer(+1)

Haha you are right. A bit more sfx and it would be a lot more pleasant to play. Unfortunately, time is not infinite so it is what it is. Thanks for playing.

Needs more content! Screen controls were fun, as was the dialogue :)

Developer

Thank you. That's exactly what Im doing, and will update it after the jam. I wish I had a bit more time to add more content, as writing and connect the dialogus together is a lot more time consuming than I thought.

I like it! Looking forward to the full game :)
