What do you like about your game?
It aims to manipulate the player's perception by twisting familiar platforming concepts. Tied together with a nicely pretentious story exploring the essence of life.

I thought you did a really good job hinting at the mechanics using the player's dialogue -- the player remarking that the coins made them heavier was clever and pretty funny writing. I enjoyed the color swapping mechanic the most, although you should be aware that I wasn't able to jump or move left when holding R G and B -- some keyboards only accept a certain number of inputs on certain channels. The visual effect making everything distorted was really cool.
Hi Rian, Thanks for playing and thanks for your feedback! I keep the input channel in mind for future projects.
this was a nice and short experience, had a lot of fun with it! seems like my greed knows no bounds though xd.
the game had a lot of nice subversions towards the traditional platformer formula which was nice! really liked level 2 especially, reminded me a lot of the game Hue, very nice stuff! also liked how the game gives more helpful hints as you die or else my one braincell and i would have been stuck on some levels honestly xd.
though there were a couple of issues that would be neat to address if you plan to make a post-jam version of the game! the movement in the game is kinda hard to work with, stuff like the gravity making even some tasks like jumping to a higher platform feeling to precise. also the player center isn't on the player and is offsetted somewhere else, which makes the player teleport on changing movement directions, which made some platforming segments a bit difficult. also ran into some bugs where if you press Q to reset state on level 2, it takes you to level 3 + you can't reset state on level 3. besides that, the game still functions properly and is fun to go through!
besides the gameplay stuff, i like how simple the presentation is! i liked the fullscreen deformation shader used throughout the game, its a neat effect! also like how the game uses simple lines for the ground, but they still have some visual texture to them by not being just straight lines but has texture as well! also neat ending, liked how it ties itself in the end with a philosophical note, leaves you with a nice little sentiment to chew on and think about, very cool!
this was a nice ride and had a lot of neat micro puzzles in it, really enjoyed it, great work!
Hi AppleJacks. Thanks for your nice words and feedback, appriciate it!
Good feedback regarding for the movements and camera being off focus, will keep that in mind in future endeavours. :)
At first it seems like a short platform game, but then it turns itself on it's head and there's a lot more to it! I love the unique design on this game, and I was never sure what was coming next!
Great job :)
Very philosophical dialog, which is a breath of fresh air for usual game in jams. The narrative is well paced, and I like the mechanic of level 3. Some pet peeve I have with the game is switching left and right teleport the player a small distance. Otherwise a pleasant experience playing the game. Good job!
Thanks! Also for pointing out the teleport issue, will learn from it next time :)
w using for the theme
Great use of the theme and very philosophical.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
very fun actually and the animations and art are very nice and clean i liked it (make sure to check my game <3)
Hi thanks! All credit for char animations go to https://deadrevolver.itch.io/pixel-prototype-player-sprites
Really like "think outside the box" games like this, plus it looks very cool. You did a really good job!
Thanks!
Sadly I have a 60% percent keyboard with no arrows. The game looks cool but I cant play it or rate it
Ah didn't think about that! Will keep in mind for next game
Really neat idea, i especially liked the colors level. I think this fit the theme pretty well.
Thanks, appriciate it!
I was struggling with what the balance should be between the instructions being clear enough while still being somewhat cryptic/suprising.
