How does your game fit the theme?
The theme reminded me of Plato's allegory of the cave which deals with the perception of realism if you have a limited point of view.

So in this short narrative game discuss looking at different points of view when upholding and building relationships.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Code is from scratch. Puzzle models also.

Thanks! Been getting alot of feedback that my theming isn't on-point but I disagree :D

The puzzles are a bit dull, but that honestly works to the game's advantage, trying to figure out the meaning at the same time the girl is, but in a completely different way.

I was striving for an easy game where you'd spend more time listening to the story than solving shadow puzzles :D I was trying to lean into an atmosphere, mood and narrative than making a mechanically complex game.

Love the messages each puzzle had, and the underlying lore and setting behind the scenes. A very unique experience in both the gameplay and the way you took the theme. I understand that rather than the use of actual doors like most games have done, you used the concept of the unknown and ambiguity of what's behind the door; That's exactly the concept I played around in my game, except way more literal about it haha. Overall, great experience :)

I took an abstract approach to the theme. The question "What's behind the door?" Implies to me something, ominous and perhaps unknown. A mystery, intrique and perhaps something entirely unknowable.

This reminded me of Plato's allegory of the cave where he describes in a narrative people who've only seen shadows of the real world and thus can't know reality as it is. So I went with that interpretation :D

first time i play this type of unique game. it was fun to play, audio quality was very good but this game don't fit with the theme.

I thought of "What's Behind The Door?" as the question. I think it refers to something, unknown, mysterious or incomplete knowledge. It reminded me of Plato's allegory of the cave https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegory_of_the_cave which deals with escaping ignorance out from a world of only shadows to the world of realism. 

But yes, my game has no doors :D

Really interesting, the puzzles were nice too. I'm glad the puzzles were fairly forgiving.

I try to make Jam Games easy. When people play alot of games for a couple of minutes you don't wanna play like playing a Souls-Like and "Git-Gud" :D

I tried to focus on  a mood and a small story.

the muzzle mechanic is well made, this one felt like I was reading a book or connecting with the artist through their art :)

The puzzle mechanic is fully joinked from Resident Evil but it was fun to figure out how to make it! :)

Nice game, the theme was difficult to not take literaly but this game did realy good at morphing the theme

I enjoyed the more abstract way you approached the theme, even though it annoys me that I didn't make the connection to Plato's cave while playing :D.

The gameplay was mostly fine but the moon puzzle felt like a strange difficulty spike in the middle of the game.  The atmosphere was great. The visuals and sounds made me really feel like I'm in a cave
