Fun game with well done aesthetics.

Thank you so much!

the game looks amazing! it's obvious that whoever worked on this game spent a lot of time polishing it. unfortunately, i can confirm the bug mentioned in the other comment. if you fire and press enter very fast, the enemy kind of skips their turn. after using this bug, i got stuck at the first level. but this is just a bug and can be fixed. this game you've done in 48 hours is really impressive! you should be proud. i'm giving it a full rating

That's so sweet! Thank you! I tried to iron out all the bugs before submitting but I just didn't run across that one. I will try to figure out what did that and fix it after the game jam ends.

This game is great, love the turn based games, very difficult to code in though suprised that the game was able to be made in such a short amount of time. Polish feels great too. Dialog is great, love the sounds that this game has. It was also easy to figure out how to play this complex game too. Great job teaching the player all of the mechanics at the start. Would have been better if the game auto progressed each level, instead of the player having to press a button. But other than that this game is great.

Thank you so much! That means a lot! I was worried it would go too fast if there wasn't a button prompt to go to the next level but I may be wrong. I will definitely try it out without one.

I don't have much to say about this game more than it's a fun turn-based strategy game which could use some more mechanics. It does apply to the theme, but it's not a very original concept.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. It definitely could have used more work

Great turn based game. At first I did not understand how to go to the next level, but everything is fine.
Well done!

I will be glad if you can take a look at our game. We actually have the same name: https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2019/rate/460954

Thank you! I could definitely have done a better job at explaining the controls.

I just checked out your game and left a rating. It reminds me of super meatboy but with an iphone game aesthetic but in a good way.

Really nice use of the turn based mechanic and great execution!

And the contextualised tutorial makes things really easy to learn, great job!

Developer

Thank you! I feel like tutorials make or break games so I tried to make a good one.

The controls take a while to figure out. Levels are well done and make you think about next move. I like the graphics and sound. Cool game! Good work!

Thank you so much!
