While I have to respectfully disagree your understanding and interpretation of the theme, this is a very unique idea with stellar execution.

Your friend did a fantastic job with the music, I was thoroughly immersed into the environment.

The art style somehow reminded me of Rusty Lake, which gives the game a "dated" feel.

The gameplay and progression is very promising. Restoring antique electronics is rather satisfying, and the game seems to engage me into its progression with creative ways.

For the future recommendations, you would need tutorialization not only on what the tool do, but also how do they work. I thought I have to spam click the brush just like the pliers. I think the dusts should also be more opaque, I missed them entirely when I first fixed the cash register.

The cassette tape is a fantastic end screen because it symbolises "replay", 10/10

While it took me a while for me to understand how the game works, I loved the graphics, the audio, and the game's setting.

I cannot believe that it took me so long to play this game, this is easily one of the most unique, interesting and engaging entries in the jam!

First of all, the presentation is spectacular, every aspect of the game is carefully crafted with a really classic but gorgeous style. The song accompanying the game fits perfectly with the mood that is trying to convey. Despite being a really short game, every aspect of it is clever and really well crafted and I must congratulate you for this entry. I would definitely love to see this game become a larger product in the future!

Thank you so much for playing, and for such a detailed and kind review! It means so much to me!

I definitely want to turn this one into a long term project I actually fell in love with the game whilst making it so it's something I can't wait to put more passion into!

I know I already played and reviewed your game but please let me know if you keep working on yours! I'd love to play future builds

Hey Aaaahron, lovely little game and I hope it does very well in the jam! It's got such a great vibe and I love the concept and design. The prospect of repairing electronics is also a clever take on the theme. High marks!

Thanks for playing and for the kind comments!

I know I already commented on Foxy but I still think about how great the aesthetics are!

Awesome. Can't believe you pulled together something so professional in such a short space of time. It's very simple but satisfying gameplay and can easily seeing you expand on it. Good job, and please also check out my entry when you have a chance.

I'll head over to your game now!

I find this game incredibly well-made !

The graphics and sounds blend together seamlessly, immersing us in the game's atmosphere.

However, a brief tutorial would have been helpful...

PS : I'm having trouble understanding how this game fits the "On/Off" theme.

By the way, I noticed your username on all the leaderboards, so I assumed you'd also create a competitive game, but I was quite mistaken. Also, feel free to try out my speedrun platformer. I think you won't be disappointed ( I didn't have time to implement the leaderboard, but you can send a screenshot of your level selection menu with all your best scores in comment ).

Thank you!

The game meets the theme with its narrative - it's your job to get objects that were off, to turn back on!

The register, TV and camera, once cleaned and repaired, turn on for the first time since they died!

Thank you for playing, and for the feedback on the tutorial, definitely something to consider!

I just love getting high scores which is why I play those games so much, I'll definitely check yours out!
