So I did a max points run, got 12.

Then I did a minus points run and HOO BOI. Very fun in both forms haha, but I'm glad to see I'm not the only player who went hard in the other direction.

This was super intense, especially for a typing game! Second typing game this jam but this one had my eyes crossed at points!

Is it beatable? If so what kind of score should I aim for??

This was a beautifully fun and creative game! Super fun to play on a PC with a touchscreen/stylus. I got a bit emotionally attached to my flowers, sad I couldn't save them permanently!

The ice looks incredible, like actual ice! Great job on the graphics. Each round is random enough that it's a new challenge, whilst also not being unfairly hard! Kind of feels like a fresh take on a tetris style game?

Definitely a quick one to beat, would love to see this idea fleshed out more after the jam is over though! I enjoy a clicker game and I can't think of any that are in this kind of setting already.

Definitely enjoyed just sailing around for a bit! Different kind of sailing controls to usual but they worked well I think!

This could be the new music video to Rollin' by Limp Bizkit! In all seriousness, I love the graphics and the rolling is fun, hopefully you add more to this in the future!

Fun procedurally generated game! I love it. The second I saw you could dance with the crab I sought out the crab to do a little dance!

Very juicy and polished! The dialogue lines as you're wailing on enemies is funny also! Great job.

Felt like a fresh take on classic top-down bullet hells! None of the robots you take over last forever (great use of limitation) and it's not too easy or too challenging, great job!

I grew up near a canal with a lock system, I miss those old boats and watching them slowly rise/fall. Very fitting for the theme I think, great job!

Love the visual style! Always find it crazy how people can make a 3D game in such a short amount of time.  I honestly couldn't beat level 1 but I think that's a me problem more than the game!

Honestly I think a coin pushing machine is a great use of the theme! The top down sections are fun also, but I could have spent the whole time just dropping orbs and still have a great time.

The tree is dead :( This was super fun, a little haunting (with the dead trees in the background) but overall a great concept!

I feel like we had a super similar idea, just different perspective! Great music and art style!

This is the weirdest episode of Always Sunny I've ever seen, I feel like my life has been changed by it haha!

I'm dam done! This was charming and challenging! My best score was 84!

This was atmospheric for sure! I love the ideas of trekking out into the cold world to fetch supplies before coming home to a cosy warm fire.

Clown is OP! The animation style was great and I loved  dodging dad as long as I could at the end!

The crayon aesthetic worked well here! I played a few times to see if there was an ultimate strat, going for only score upgrades or flow upgrades. I think score upgrades was most reliable for me, managed to get a score of over 100 consistently that way!

The win state viking pose was so worth all of the drinking I did! This was super charming and fun!  Also good to see someone else using Gdevelop!

Levels 1 and 2 had me thinking this was going to be a walk in the park. Then level 3 hit and I had to really start thinking! Thinking with leaderboard/speedrun tactics made it even deeper fun-wise.

Unrelated to the game but your cookies eaten entry is the funniest one I've ever read in a jam entry. 1,000 mystery points to shinsoii!

The visuals are so crisp and clean, movement and aiming feels slick and smooth also! This is great. Would love to see this get built out even further after the jam!

This was hectic! I couldn't keep up! I'm not cut out to be a Discord mod haha...

The Self and Love options kind of reminded me of Superhot for some reason. I can't place the second character but putting the Rock in in his most iconic outfit? You get 500 fake invisible points from me for that.

What an absolutely hilarious premise and script! Love what you did with it! Always blows my mind when people can manage a 3D game in 72 hours!

I hear you! Yeah during testing I found it way too easy to get materials, but maybe I sent it too far in the other direction. Thanks for playing!

I'm going to be so honest, that's far better than I got and I made the game haha! I think my best was floating around 900ish? Thanks for playing!

Oh no! You accidentally broke the limitation haha! Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

I would genuinely love to play more levels of this. Could go hard with a couple more block types or utilities? Maybe working your way up the mountain? Loads of potential here basically! Even as it is it was lots of fun!

Hurrah! I survived the rain! I love how the palette felt cohesive, made for a very pretty view on the way up!

The artstyle here was so charming. It felt cosy like I'm interacting with art itself, not just a game.  Music fit the vibe perfectly. Whoever drew that sweet cat gets 10/10 from me haha!

I don't work much in GB Studio these days, but I'll definitely take a look at it when I get a chance! Sorry to hear its not working right now.

This was crazy polished! The artwork is incredible, the bullet-hell gameplay worked perfectly for the limitation. Almost felt bad when the aliens caught lil moo!

10/10 for the game name (not just because I'm biased...)

I got to 15,300 score wise! My fault for playing on a trackpad but the game was fun regardless. Definitely started panicking when the box started shrinking again which lead to me losing!

The graphics on this go so hard. Felt very polished, and the space puzzles were challenging and fun!

I can't believe you smashed this out in such a short amount of time. There are space games that have been around for years and their controls don't feel as intuitive as this. I'm not even exaggerating, it was fun to just fly around for a while.  If you expand this, I'd love to play again!

(1 edit)

I love a game that makes you work for upgrades! Balancing resources was tricky but just added to the challenge. Got to wave 6 on my first run, was trying to hoard cash for the upgrades, realised I probably need to spend more!

EDIT: Came back to play again, managed to get the final ship upgrade, fill out every slot on that ship, and managed to make it to wave 18! If you ever do more work on this, please let me know!

How did you get to round 10?! Maybe I was spending too long trying to save up for the green blocks?

Love the mix of tetronimos as well as the fun twist on tower defense by having towers immediately in the way of the enemies. Panic sets in when the path gets destroyed for sure.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I completely agree on the sound front, was so sad I ran out of time, had SFX and music ready to go and everything!
