This was very fun! Love the graphics (especially how smooth the animations are for the playable character!)

I think you'd love to see the document I have with everything I would have loved to add in that case haha!

The infinite double jump was something I'd hope nobody would find, it's sadly left over from when I tried to make a "water jetpack" upgrade that would have been useful elsewhere also.

Thanks for playing and thank you for the feedback!

I loved the animations and general feel of this game! Particles at the feet and when you hit things it feels like it has weight, for instance.

It's feedback that I've received a few times so I definitely don't think it's just you! It's something I've already updated for after the jam though so thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback!

Proof that you don't need flashy graphics to have an enjoyable game! If anything I loved having small parts of the map that you could fit into perfectly, felt very satisfying.

Really captured the feeling of a Metroidvania by giving the sense of freedom locked behind upgrades.

Thanks for playing! Was great to see you play through many other games also, thanks for including this in your video!

At the risk of sounding too much like other commenters I LOVED how big this world was. A lot of different tile types and enemies is what made it feel large but not empty to me - I stumbled into the slime boss room without realising it, but I feel like this perfectly encapsulates the Metroidvania formula! Explore and see what you find!

Thanks for playing and for leaving such detailed feedback, another player noticed that if you held the second jump it goes infinitely which was leftover from when I was trying to make a 'jetpack' upgrade so it's definitely something I wanted to keep working on!

3rd person perspective was an interesting and unique twist!

I love the ruins of the robot facility, great atmosphere, and whilst a little difficult at times, it never felt unfairly so. Would love to see more of this if you decide to keep working on it.

"Sneeze gun" made me laugh! I can absolutely see what you mean!

I completely agree with every point you've made here, thank you for the detailed feedback, and for giving my game a play!

Movements are super tight and precise, which feels right in the context of this game, kind of felt like a de-rezzed Hollow Knight style game.

One thing I don't like is how many friendly creatures this game has as enemies, I almost just want to stroll through the forest with the woodland friends haha!

If you keep working on this please let me know, would love to see how this feels with sound added!

I completely agree with you! The boss, as you can probably tell, was added in the last 30 minutes of the game. It felt like the boss needed the double-jump to fairly beat it so I didn't restrict the room, definitely not proud of how that ended up haha!

Thank you for playing and for leaving a comment!

The visuals are INCREDIBLE, the game feels incredibly smooth, and the graphics are all cohesive. So impressive that you all pulled this off in such a short amount of time!

Also great implementation of a dimension/time changing mechanic, matched the theme really well!

The swimming mechanic was super unique, and I love the scan mechanic (kind of reminds me of classic Metroid Prime but 2D).

Musically it sounded like we were in water which immersed me even further (pun intended).

Definitely found this one challenging but not unplayable/unbeatably so!

So I went based off of the control schemes of Hollow Knight, my intention was to have my remappable keys as well so you weren't limited to controller or WASD/Arrow keys options, but that absolutely didn't make the cut sadly!

Thanks for playing and for your comments!

The plan was definitely to expand on the pressure/allow it to upgrade a couple of times but I absolutely ran out of time so pulled the scope all the way back to keep it, and use it at least a little.

Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback!

I love the visuals, everything felt cohesive and bold. Felt open yet subtly restrictive (like any good Metroidvania!) so big points for level design.

The only thing I would have loved to see is remappable controls/using the right side of the keyboard as attack, 'E' felt a little cramped, and it's not my personal preference to use the mouse unless you need to aim. But this also isn't big enough that I'd remove points for it!

The voice acting feels like such a unique thing in this jam, it's really well done as well!

I'm also a sucker for Greek mythology so great job to the writer for doing it justice!

Great teamwork and great jam submission overall.

This ended up INSANELY good! Great job getting so much done in such a short time, beautiful experience from start to finish.

Apparently Opera browser and GDevelop's sound are not compatible! Thanks for letting me know it didn't work for you, and thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing, and for your kind words!

Thank you for your kind words!

It's definitely an idea I planned to expand on/make more useful!

Ahh that intro caught me off guard! I love your enemy designs so much, atmospherically everything's all there, a great entry for sure!

Thanks for playing, and thanks for the feedback! There's so much I wanted to add and change but didn't have time for but hopefully I'll have some time to refine it moving forward!

This is incredibly well put together in my opinion! Controls are responsive, camera is never jarring, and I like the backstory of it being an old robot factory ruin!

What this game highlighted to me, is that my sense of timing is Baroquen ;)

I love the sound track, the enemies being the instruments was a great concept!

Out of interest, what quirks should I have experienced in the web version?

Saw your Devlog on Youtube and thought I'd give it a go, seemed to run perfectly fine in fullscreen for me! Love the atmosphere and style so far!

Hey this is super cool! Thanks for sharing!

This is great, especially after learning this is your first jam! You've got a solid core for a more advanced game in the future!

Thank you for playing and for leaving a comment! It's definitely a goal of mine to add a tutorial after voting has ended!

Thanks Jerry! I've already rated your game, but thank you for playing and leaving a comment on mine also!

I know I already commented on your game (I was part of the level 4 crew) I don't think difficulty itself is necessarily a problem at all!

In the context of a jam though, if I get stuck on a level I'll definitely give them a few goes, but after 5-6 attempts, I might start to consider calling it there. By that point I've played enough of the game to leave a comment and rating so!

I feel bad when I don't play through all of the work that someone's put into a game, and I'd love to have more free time to keep trying, but I also want to try as many games as possible!

Hope this helps, and please do let me know if you keep developing Switch!

Personally I am a sucker for logic puzzle games, this kind of game makes my brain work in the best way!

Visually I love how you communicate whether a gate is on or off (so players who don't know logic gates don't have to guess!)

I also love the small detail that is the level counter going up in binary!

Thank you for playing, and for leaving such a kind comment!

Thank you so much for playing, and for such a detailed and kind review! It means so much to me!

I definitely want to turn this one into a long term project I actually fell in love with the game whilst making it so it's something I can't wait to put more passion into!

I know I already played and reviewed your game but please let me know if you keep working on yours! I'd love to play future builds

Downloaded with the intention of using as a base for MVM21! I love the fluidity of this pack!

There'll be plenty more coming! Already started planning/adding more ideas!! I'm so glad you liked it!

Thanks for playing and for the kind comments!

I know I already commented on Foxy but I still think about how great the aesthetics are!

I managed to only just get better than par! Really solid core mechanics, love the slow ramp up in difficulty, and using golf scoring always makes me feel like I have to try to beat my previous score!
