Really fun game. Great art and the music goes hard. The addition of the leaderboard is a really cool idea too

This was really fun and I love how you have a leaderboard working. Super smooth swimming mechanic

Great concept, but it is not original. Great display tho!

Cool concept, and definitely rewarding working up to eating a shark

Pretty neat idea with decent graphics, but it's sorta boring for me.

It's so much fun that we'd like to do it again and again.

Great game! The leaderboard also encourages replayability!

Very cool, love the art and the mechanics. Eating sharks is fun!

Really good splash art, the game is fun. I need to improve my score.

the gameplay is so addicting! Really liked how both you and the fishermen were both able to upgrade, meaning the game constantly changes and stays really refreshing. Amazing job!!

I think this was my favorite of the play as a fish games I've played so far. I love games where you slowly get bigger and are able to eat bigger and bigger things. Great job!

Really fun and well polished game! I like the mechanics of both you and the fisherman getting power ups over the course of the game. Nice work!

omg i'm 2nd!!

Very polished, like a few others I didn't understand what to do when caught on the line though.

Thanks for trying! The idea of the fishing minigame is supposed to be a reverse version of the one inStardew valley. Move left or right to move outside of the capture area of the fisherman hook(don't jerk just dash in the direction)

INCREDIBLE, CHEFSKISS, WORK OF ART, both the art and the game was really good, it got me so "hooked" haha get it?, that i spent over an hour playing, really fun game :D

Thanks for trying our entry!

Very well done! Art and gameplay are very polished for a jam game. Love the little details like you can jump out of the water. I've played a few reverse fishing games and this is definitely the most fleshed out and polished one Ive seen so far! I really like how you can't tell which baits are the fisherman's so the escape minigame surprises you, really sells the feeling that you are the fish. The upgrades and achievement popups are a neat touch. Great job!

Fun gameplay and awesome art will say need more clarification on how to fight against the line pulling you up got up to a 19,000 score though before I got slung up to the top by the fisherman.

Thanks for trying our entry! our intention was to make it so you control the little fish in the fishing minigame by moving left or right. if you're in the red area the fisherman pulls you up faster. so avoid it by dashing left or right. Unfortunately, we could have done a better job explaining but ran out of time!

This was good! I didn't quite understand how to break free (although, I admit, that's probably on me). I love the art! My score was 3737, and I'll be coming back for more...
