How does your game fit the theme?
You know when you’re walking around a dungeon and it says 1 enemy remaining but you can’t find it? That's this game but reversed. YOU are the 1 enemy remaining and there is one really annoyed “player”(not played by an actual person) that is trying to find you so that they can continue playing the game. The game also reverses the roles by making you the hunted instead of the hunter. You have no weapons, only being able to stun the “player” with items that are found on the ground around the dungeon and there is no way for you to progress to a different level, since you are the final obstacle the [ UNTITLED GENERIC HERO ] needs to overcome in that dungeon.

As another person mentioned, the scaling doesn't quite work for widescreen/ultrawide monitors, but aside from that, I really enjoyed the experience!  Beautiful artwork

This is not really an issue because it’s a 48hour game jam but just wanted you to know that game doesn’t function on wide-screen monitors because the UI is not scaling properly, I switched my monitor to a lower resolution to play though.

The artwork in this game is really well designed!

It seems like the game is lacking music beyond the main menu, it would help a lot but the SFX are really nice!

It’s a pretty fun concept but can be quite hard sometimes, I like that you can pick things up and close doors to prevent the shooter from getting you.

The intro narrative is really nice would greatly benefit from some sfx and music!

Very fun game when you understand it hahaha

I found it difficult to understand at first, but after a couple of attempts, I realized it's a fantastic game made in a jam. I hope to see more of it once the jam is over.

Much appreciated! We've already got lots of balance changes and new content in the works. Glad you enjoyed it!

Very interesting art style there! For me it was a bit difficult to understand what to do, but I can see that in 48 hour its difficult to explain everything perfectly, so good job!

Interesting concept. I didn't really get what to do, was just running around randomly, for the first round, but once I got the idea it was quite enjoyable to explore, stun the enemy, and find the chests.

Amazing art, I loved all the different little guys and the themed areas, really funny and fun the run through.

A great product for a 48-hour jam. I really liked the origin of the concept!

Tight execution of a good concept. Wasn't sure what items were for or how to get points, but the gist of the game was straightforward.

Cool game ! Lacks content (of course it's a jam game) but the idea is very cool and the pixel art is well made. I had fun running around the dungeon ! (I just didn't understand how to use the props all around but it was fun fiddling around. And kudos for the paint !)

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, we probably should've mentioned somewhere that throwing the items at the player  stuns them and awards you score. I'm glad you had fun with it!

I try to give feedback in my comments, so for this one I would say to have some way to heal. Maybe there is and I just didn't find it? Thanks for the game. Nice work! :)

Thank you for the feedback! You do gain health back occasionally from opening chests, I might adjust the rarity of it in the future though since a few people have said they had a hard time regaining health.

Good theme, art and sound! Will wait for new updates for sure. Good job!

Developer

Much appreciated! There will be updates coming over the next week or so!

Love the art and sound! Was a bit confused what to do with items when I managed to pick them up, usually just ended up using it as a shield. Also wish the shotgun didn't have such range, since it also covers a cone. Overall funny and enjoyable!

Thanks for the feedback!

A cool idea for a game. I loved the art!

Developer

Thank you very much, I actually saw your game earlier today too, it was great!

Love the concept! Gameplay-wise, I think running around gets a bit repetitive, especially when you are far enough away from the player, and it's difficult to recover from a close encounter without any health regeneration. I think gaining enough points for a health boost could be a balanced addition. The art style is great and I really liked the sprites as well. Nice job!

I appreciate the feedback, will be working on making the levels more dense, basically adding more walls and objects around the rooms so that the player has enough time to catch up to you even in the early-game.
