Great game! Very intuitive. The tutorial being there is great but I found I didn’t even need it. Just learned as I went which speaks to the design of the game and interface.

Great card game! Was somehow able to win first time with full health, beginner's luck I guess ^ ^
Hard to think of specific feedback, the game was well explained, fun and I rarely felt lost. I think I wasn't sure about was what "multiattack" meant, so maybe a more detailed explanation would have helped.
Overall, a really solid card game, excellent job :)
Lost the first time... Won the second and third! Really enjoyed the game. Great balance, great sound effects, clear and easy to understand UI. All around a very solid game!
Great job!
Very hard game, but very fitting to the cliché you choose, ggs :D I lost at 28 ennemies killed, didn't have enough time to try again ^^' It's really a board game, and a very good one, congrats!
Awesome game! The art and audio is great, it contributes a lot to the gameplay, the mechanics is easy to understand and challenging to master, good learning curve and great replay value, Overall I enjoyed playing! Congratulations! keep it up!
I've not played many of these type of games before but I really enjoyed this one! I really like the art, and the music choice is good too :) An interactive tutorial would have been nice, but that's also a bit of an ask given we only have a month haha :D Nice job!
I really dug this one! The game looks polished, the card abilities feel balanced and the struggle against the enemy grows with harder and tougher monsters every turn. The graphics and music are top-notch. Congrats on your entry, I had a lot of fun with that one.
Nicely done.
This game was pretty challenging, which I'm guessing was your idea to play into the theme. It took me three tries before I got the hang of it and won.
Card games are super tough to pull off. That set of randomness is a balancing nightmare that really wants time and lots and lots of playtesting to pull off. But it looks like you were able to make a nice dent in it. The biggest improvements I could see would be focused on clarity. You've already got a lengthy tutorial and it's easy to forget things that you don't actively learn through gameplay, but I know a gameplay tutorial/walkthrough is asking a lot for a jam game. Card clarity then, such as all unique art and maybe effects that indicate where cards are going when they die or are used might help. For example, I didn't realize that units never come back once they die - meaning you have to really save each one carefully.
Tough game for sure. Well made considering the time we had to make stuff. Congrats on making your game. Keep making!
Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. I'm concepting and working on a more complete version of this game and will keep that in mind. Though the units do come back after death. Behind the scenes, when you play a unit card it moves from your hand list to an onboard list, then when that unit dies the card moves to the discard list. Which just gets shuffled back into your hand. Though because there isn't a way to view your hand or discards that's hard to know. Unless you completely stopped drawing unit cards at some point, which may be a bug.
Great music, sound design, artwork, gameplay. My personal best out of games I have played, great job.
The art and music are incredible. I like the simplicity of the design, yet there's still room to add more if you ever feel like revisiting.
Am I correct that it's only 1 battle? I wasn't quite sure if it was sort of a "go for as long as you can" type situation, then I suddenly won and couldn't click continue, so I'm assuming it's just sort of a "demo-battle"?
Regardless, awesome job!
