I like this visuals and overall feel but some kind of chanllenge would be really great! good job!

Great use of the limitation. It totally fits! Really good music choice as well

The block destruction effect is very satisfying. I might have found a bug, it seemed like the arrows could get stopped by leftover debris, preventing them from hitting blocks underneath.

Developer

thanks for feedback. i  think i should put the debris  on a different layermask for collision but i didn't think  about it at this time.

I really like to explode all blocks before taking the heart, so sad, you don't have other levels :( . Just for improving the shooting system, have a shorter cooldown when you maintain the mouse on, because I was just spamming to go faster.

I find a bug (idk if you already notice it) when you are on the menu, the game behind is running so when you click on the background you're already shooting in game.

thank you for your feedback . Yes it noticed things running still in background. It happens in lot of my games. I guess I should just put   a boolean to stop this. I always forget some details, and this one is annoying me often lol .

cool idea for a game – some kind of challenge would make it more fun. I could imagine it being like a 2d minesweeper where you’re trying to find aphrodite’s heart without shooting bomb blocks or something, and the other blocks explode a certain color if they’re close to a bomb block or something. nice job!

thanks for feedback, it s a great idea.i am missing this idea sometimes .

Cool destruction effect and a good main menu. I enjoyed breaking blocks almost the whole game. But... It seems to me that it would be possible to make the location more interesting

The exploding of the blocks is very satisfying, but the gameplay seems to end with just shooting all the blocks. I would have liked to see some kind of hazard (e.g. enemies shooting things at you while you search), or puzzle (i.e. limited arrows, and hints as to where the heart might be).

Also, the controls were a bit awkward with the mouse and the arrow keys. Using WASD with the mouse would have been more natural (at least for a right-handed person?).

thanks for feedback.

Menu screen looks very good but the gameplay is not very interesting.

Also, you should flip the sprite when aiming to the left.

Developer

thanks for feedback. I went for my first idea but I was not convinced too about gameplay.

The title screen of the game is beautiful. The game is interesting, to test the mechanics you have learned.

Developer

thanks for feedback.

only 1 level? and I just found myself spamming left click

Developer

thanks for feedback.  I intended to do more levels but I had a pb when instantiate levels , than the script didn't reference all blocks correctly to hide the heart in a random block... ( array of gameobjects) .

You could change the arrow key to WASD.

Developer

thanks for feedback. Yes it s a simple things and it makes it easier for players.

The physics and visuals of the blocks breaking was cool, but the gameplay was very repetitive and simple. Could use more challenge or conflict to make it more interesting.

Developer

thanks for feedback, I am thinking the same when playing it.
