Simple idea but works pretty well, I enjoy playing it! And the art is good, well done!

when you release it to announce me

I love this so much! Super fun gameplay.  The only thing I'd add is maybe having a limited amount of moves you are able to make on the level. It is very precision based/puzzle like so something like that could add a nice layer to it. Or maybe just a point system that tracks how many moves you made in a level so players could try and beat their score/get the least amount possible?

Developer(+1)

Haha thank you, glad to hear that you enjoyed it!! Limiting the moves was the original idea, actually, but I got rid of it because I thought that letting the player bounce around as much as they want was just more fun. The counting of moves, though, yeah! That's absolutely something I should have put in the game, instead of counting bounces. I'll patch that in after the jam, thank you! :]

Beautiful game! It’s very fun, too. It doesn’t follow the limitation much but I think the sacrifice of the limited bounces for more fun was was worth it.

My best time so far:

(I definitely did not abuse the glitch where you press Escape right before hitting a laser to go through it.)

Developer(+1)

Damn it, I had hoped no one would discover that bug! :p

Glad to hear that you had fun!! :]

This is really good. The concept and presentation is mwah *chef's kiss. The art and the smooth animation. The music. Ohhhhhhhh

When I saw the game I was hyped and expected a really well-made game, and oh boy I was not disappointed.

This is hands-down the best game in the jam!

From the mechanics to the aesthetics to the animations, this game has everything I would ask for in a puzzle game!

Developer(+1)

That's high praise, especially coming from one of my favorite games of the jam. Thank you very much! I'm glad that you enjoyed it!! :]

Although maybe you should allow full screen for the WebGL version, sometimes I click off accidentally :)

Developer(+1)

Haha, unfortunately the current solution already counts as 'fullscreen'. The GMS HTML export seems to not want to scale automatically, and trying to program it manually sounds like a new, special kind of awful. :p

Thank you! :)

Nice!!! I was flabbergasted by how clever the mechanic of the third hit exploding was. Also like the idea of making your color palette the limitation.

Developer

Thank you!! As someone very smart once said: Comedy Game Design always comes in threes. :]

Wow! Really well done game. The art and animations are amazing. The bouncing mechanics is very fun and challenging, along with TNT and lasers that you have to neutralize without getting harmed. Levels are well designed and form a nice difficulty curve. Sounds and music are nice. I just can’t find anything to complain about. Incredible that you made something of such a high quality in only 72 hours! Congrats!

Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it :]

This gameplay mechanic is really interesting! Loved the color palette you used!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! ^^

Fun stuff, but I think the limitation could have been included further, with a limited number of shots per level, and it becomes more puzzle-y, good job tho the effects are great and feels polished

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Limiting the player's number of shots was actually the original plan, but after a bit of testing I decided that letting the player bounce around as much as they want was just more fun! :]
