Laughing out loud while playing, really nice idea, even though it is quite difficult to play.
This game made me feel things... hilarious frustration? I don't know but I laughed out loud. I don't remember the brief of the jam saying that the design had to be an improvement! You made typing worse but it worked in the pursuit of humour. My favourite game so far.
Regarding the voice acting, I think it's quite good for 48 hours; your timing is really good and I got a bit of a Cave Johnson vibe from the character.
I can't wait to wow my friends with my blazing 2 wpm typing speed!
By far my favorite game in the jam so far. It was a perfect mix of fun, frustration, and comedy. You had me laughing a lot. Amazing job!
With the power of FOWL innovation I can now type like never before! And by that I mean like I have never used a keyboard before! The last round was funny as it also had the added challenge of being a moving where's wally haha. I liked the comedic commentary, it kept my interest long enough to see the last round, which I was glad to play.
Thanks, I really appreciate it. I just now remembered after looking at your icon that one of the phrases you can type in the game is about kangaroos. It was very late at night when I was writing and I am now somewhat concerned over what garbage made it in. I can't have anything ruin the mature tone I am going for.
Thanks for the feedback, and sorry about that experience. The hitbox is a set-sized circle larger than the letters so it would include blank space, however, I probably made the hitboxes too small so I can see how it would look to be working the way you described. I wanted the game to be stupid but I probably went too far.
