In what way does your game fit the theme?
We think we have an interesting perspective on the chaos theme, to create chaos is to give order and then make it slip from the player's hands as he tries to keep it.
We implemented it by first presenting the player simple tasks, easy and fast to do but then, as they progress, if they don't pay enough attention, those simple tasks become unbearable as they grow in number.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes except the music made by Gigakoops as nominated in the game's credits

Really nice concept it was really fun to play though I think the difficulty curve should be a bit slower as out of nowhere you start to get overwhelmed pretty quickly but other than that really really good job!

Developer

oh yea we realized that like, 20 minutes before the submissions were to be closed

nice hectic game x), reminds me of the old wareware games ^^'

Developer

Warioware was a big inspiration for this game

Great job this is a really fun game, simple and chaotic :D

Nice job putting so many games into one game and making the whole game like a full on, pixel art OS

Hey mate, great job!

I had some trouble with the pancake spawning but it was certainly a chaotic and fun experience, the only feedback I have is that I would like to control the windows just like in real OS with the mouse, besides that, great menu, great sound, and great introduction!

I've rated your game, if you can do the same, I would be delighted!

we wanted to add that, but time was ticking

A new idea, its cool.

Wow! I really had fun with this one! Both the comedic approach and the actual gameplay were soo enjoyable! I also like the windows XD ecstatic combined with pixel art!

the only thing that was somewhat problematic, was that after you lose the game kinda breaks, so I couldn't replay without reloading the web page, but its a minor thing compared to everything else.

Great job!

Developer

yea, that's a bug we weren't able to scoop out. It seems consistent tho, so hopefully not too hard to fix

I found myself smiling all the time while playing. I've already seen a game on this jam where you had to handle several activities at a time, but this one is made with style. Every mini-game is interesting and they are so different! Very nice game design!

Games of the genre make players tired pretty soon as it's hard to keep attention. But it's definitely chaotic. Good job!

p.s. Oh, there's a bug with UI placement on full screen

Developer

bug with ui placement? sorry, this is the first time I hear about it, can you provide a screenshot so i can see? (you can use imgur to upload the pic if you can't directly here, or tag me at Rav#3300 in Brackeys' discord

Sure, this is how it looks on my full screen and the second screen is everything okay in browser.

Developer

of yea, your main monitor is 16:10. We figured basically everyone was gonna have a 16:9 display, so we just rolled with it to not lose time, and unfortunately some people were gonna have problems with it, like you for example

WOW! This was honestly a really great entry! Not much to say other than AMAZING! Your take on the theme was interesting and certainly not bad. Having to deal with all these minigames at once. The art looks so polished, the audio is also very retro-like, which fits the whole game perfectly. I guess the only complaint I have is that when I complete a task, there isn't much feedback, and it is quite confusing to me whether I completed the task or failed the task. But other than that, really solid entry, love the interpretation on the theme. Well done!

Really cool and funny idea! I definitely enjoyed playing this one. At first I wasnt sure if it was chaotic enough but as I continued playing the amount of popups proved me wrong. The menu is also a pretty smart idea.

Love the art style so much! :D

Developer

Thanks! I gave it my best shot!

I think this is one of the few games that truly captures the meaning of the theme. Absolutely incredible game! Loved every second of it ;)
